Im not sure if the management has changed but with their new sit down concept, increase in prices and hit and miss foods I am not impressed. We have been there 3 times in the evening time on Fridays and two of the times we were the only two in the place. Being open from 11a to 3p certainly misses many people who actually work during the week. Im sure it has decreased drive by business as well. The shop portion of it has the same hours. If this is a place to attract tourists?...theyve missed the boat. Sad such a nice place has poor management decision making.

I used to love heirloom cafe but they are trying to change it to a "sit down restaurant". They are hardly ever open and the way they have it set up now is just idiotic. You used to come in and order what you wanted,go get your drink, and sit down. Now you have to wait to be seated they sprinkle little green crap on your food and you cant pick your own chips or get your own fountain pop. I also want to be able to leave when I am done eating not have to wait to pay. It will be a long time before I ever go back.

My wife and I and our friends have often driven the 10 miles to Heirloom Cafe. We love the relaxed, warm ambiance, the fireplace in the cooler months and the outside patio in the summer time. The limited range of sandwiches and desserts are tasty and interestingly presented on recyclable bamboo (?) plates. We have been fortunate to hit the occasional times when there is live music. Our only disappointment is the early closing times.

I LOVE this cafe! I was never a big panini fan, but the Heirloom Cafe has made me a panini freak. The BLT is fantastic, the coffee is killer and the staff is super friendly. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is really cute. My 3 year old loves the PB&J and truth be told, so do I! The bread is all homemade (as is everything else I think) and the white chocolate cranberry cookies.......I could eat a hundred.

This is a perfect place that has several great family entertainment opportunities through out the year. It is a family owned business that cares a lot about the community and customer satisfaction. They also have the best coffee & biscuits and gravy around! The personal that work in both the Heirloom Market & Cafe are by far the most helpful and kind people to speak with. This is a place worth traveling to!

Its a charming cafe, well decorated. The panini is the way to go here! The croissant itself was not the best, but its good. Super good hot chocolate. The homemade dressings are great! The cinnamon roll was super good too. The staff were very friendly. The free wifi is a plus. For those who plan on making return visits, they offer a rewards program. We plan to come again.

My wife and I made special trip to Heirloom last Saturday. TheBBQ was really bad, very little meat , no BBQ taste, cold. The chill was not heated tasted like tomato sauce with no seasoning and uncooked beans. It is clear Heirloom does not maintain proper food temperatures which creates a good environment for germs and fungus to grow . A very unhealthy place to eat.

One of the worst places Ive ever been to. The food was awful and when I asked to speak to a manager about my bill she was on vacation with her business closing in a week? Ridiculous. Not only that but bread pudding not being available and fresh desserts no longer being made? Horrible. Will never come back

I love this place. Great food, great atmosphere, great gift shop. If its winter, youll love the fireplace. if its spring, summer or fall, youll love the outdoor seating. Free WiFi, great ice cream, great soups. Unique place. Good for families, couples, dates. Loved it.

I had a guest here from Kentucky and brought them for lunch. They were impressed with how delicious the food was and the dining area is spotless. They also loved the gift shop area. When I have guests, this is always where I take them to eat.
