Staff is absolutely excellent and friendly and would urge ownership to keep all of them as long as he/she can. However, this place is a complete ripoff. Their juices are marked highest Ive ever seen, I can purchase 30ml bottles for half the price anywhere else compared to what they charge for 20ml. On top pf that they dont even make their juices in house. They buy in bulk from warehouses... the juices they get are probably valued at $15 per 8oz (guessing because thats pretty much the average)... then turning around and selling 10ml bottles for $10 each? Something isnt adding up when everywhere else charges $5 for 15ml. I saw recently a kanger aerotank mini for 37 dollars... 37 dollars? The manufacturer themselves sell them for just below 20... so 17 dollar convenience fee? That makes a whole lot of sense. I told co workers about this place once (all experienced vaping guys) and they didnt believe me about the prices. 3 of them and myself went in and checked it out. When we left, all they can say is how much of a joke their prices are. If youre new to vaping or even experienced in vaping products, this place is NOT where you want to shop. They can get away with charging this much because of no competition in that area. Their staff, selection, location, etc. IS AWESOME. Their prices? ABSURD!

I went to this shop with a few friends, somehow we were recommended this garbage shop. They do in fact swear and carry on inappropriate conversations while in front of customers. They did it to us why we were there when they went from one room to another. Luigi was right the staff has little to NO knowledge of products and policies. The once chick that helped us constantly said I dont know anything about this your better off asking someone else. Yet just stood around not helping us nor getting someone who could. This business shouldnt even get the one star I was forced to give. When we got there the chick claimed they like to do business with locals. Both buying products and selling to. So looking around I noticed that majority of the glass was China. Yes, Dhate glass. Including most of the accessories. I did mention that to two people they said they had no idea where it comes from just one person handles the purchases of glass etc. I ended up getting glass two nails ( one from darth dabs just go to his website and save money) my friend bought a rig and a few accessories, they asked 220 we got them to knock off 110. Not long after I found the same rig my friend bought for 100$+ for 40 on Dhgate. Stay away from this place, they have nothing but garbage.

Called about some coils for a tfv8, was told theyre in stock and $5.99. I get there, grab 2, swipe the card, and theyre $6.99. I brought it up tell the guy he told me $5.99 over the phone and his response with a tone like I was the idiot was "Well, he misquoted you". I let it go because it was $2 and if theyre willing to lose a customer over that they wont be around long. Its a shame too, they appear to have a decent selection but Ill never go back because of the attitude and unwillingness to correct their own mistake.

Bought my E-cigarette here last week and broke it yesterday! I took it back today and the guy took the time out of his day to re-solder the wires inside and completely fix my E-cigarette FOR FREE!!! Awesome, knowledgeable, friendly staff. A great selection of E-cigarettes, tobacco, glassware and all accessories! Because of the great staff at House of Smoke, my E-cigarette is working great and after 10 years as a heavy smoker, I am proud to be smoke free. my lungs and my kids thank you...

If you look through all the ads & signage, they have a "NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES" somewhere. Its true. I had a defective electronic product. Their answer, "Oh, well. Sorry about that." Screw them. Theyre playing a numbers game. Enough chumps will come in off the streets (Being across from a strip club doesnt hurt) for them to rip-off for a long time. They just wont be getting my money, or the glass pipe maker friend of mine I was going to recommend to them to do some business.

Everytime that I have been in this shop the staff has been completely unprofessional. They swear and carry on inappropriate conversations while in front of customers. I witnessed them making fun of customers after the customer had left. Besides the fact that the staff has little to no knowledge of products and policies. I wouldnt have even given a one star rating, but unfortunately a zero star rating is not an option. I would recommend people go anywhere but to this location.

Love this place. Love the staff!!! Love the flavors!!!! Hoping the would get some more premium liquids in but overall they still carry more liquids then other locations. Never had a problem within the last two years of me coming here and when ever I have questions or concerns about anything the staff will walk me through it. So in summary, love this place...........

Great selection, but understaffed. Paul 1 and Paul 2 were the only guys working the night I went, and the tank Paul 1 recommend has worked out extremely well. They know their stuff, and it is, to my knowledge, the only store in the area in which you can pick up a bottle of juice, a couple coils, an RDA, and a trailer hitch. Yep. A trailer hitch.

Great place. They let you test any flavor of juice. My vape broke and when I went in to buy one instead of pushing me into an expensive vape they set me up with one that was cheaper because it met my needs. Great staff. Will be coming here for all my vape needs. Most of what they offer is less expensive online though.

Just left there and got major hooked up with a ton of stuff. Amazing wide selection of everything, all the guys there delivered awesome customer service, and they are right next to a great bar; the Korner House! So happy I stopped by and now I have a new spot to frequently visit.

Decent selection on glassware for a smaller shop. They are bigger on the tobacco/internet cafe side then headshop side but had what I wanted. My brother bought an electric cigarette rolling machine from there that he really likes and says it works good but I go for glassware.

A house of all trades! They have U-Haul, vape stuff, hookah, tobacco, cash for gold style trading (if I remember correctly), and that may not be all as I have only been there twice (both times for a U-Haul). Nice people

Ive been to dozens of smoke/vape shops and this one is by far the best! Huge selection and knowledge employees. Its CLEAN and the people there are friendly. I drive almost an hour just to go here. Its worth the drive.
