Great place..excellent selection of cigars. Mike the owner has great advice and knowledge of all of his cigars. He has cigars here that you cant find to many places here or for that fact, in the U.S.! I am a pipe smoker and just recently started smoking cigars, Mike has directed me to some fantastic cigars, actually knowing my taste in pipe tobacco has had me try some cigars that were perfectly in line with the strength and taste I like. Mikes store also hosts the Chicagoland Pipe Collectors Clubs meetings every month also and as active member we get to enjoy a 10% discount.. You just cant beat the hospitality and selection here..keep up the good work!

Besides a great selection and help staff, this is the friendliest place I have found to relax and enjoy a good cigar. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful (not to mention patient) but they have actually remembered my past selections and offered alternatives (if you liked that, then you might like this) when I feel like something different. The regulars are hospitable without being pushy and the amenities are good (coffee, water, restrooms, etc.) and once, one of the regulars even brought in girl scout cookies. If the sitcom "Cheers" had taken place in a cigar lounge it would have been called "8 to 8".

Extremely pleasant as always. Everyone is so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Owner always makes a fuss and goes out of his way to day hello no matter how busy. Great year round prices and better fathers day specials. Highly recommend this store!

Decent rolling tobacco selection though most of the boxes were empty. The box for the Dutch tobacco I normally get in the loop was there though so it appears that they normally stock it. Not ruling them out just yet, will give them another shot.

This place sucks!!! I spent 200 dollars on A humidor that never Worked.I returned it twice for repairs and no results.They would not give me my money back and were very rude and arrogant
