Went here to buy my first vape unit a week ago (was using Vuse for 8 months) and wanted something that was affordable and not too intimidating. Antonio helped me pick out the perfect unit that I felt comfortable with and had the capability of building into a more complex RDA down the road. I purchased the Kangertech Subox Starter Kit, as well as (2) Durasmoke 10 mil bottles (2 for $12 deal) and a 30ml Marshmallow Man bottle from the $10 markdown bin. Not only did Antonio thoroughly assist me, but one of their loyal customers chatted me up the entire time and gave a lot of great input on what he liked and did NOT like. I felt extremely satisfied knowing this was a place where not only the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but that they have “regulars” who feel so comfortable there themselves that they are willing and WANT to contribute to other patron’s vaping experiences. Now there are a lot of vape stores in the area where I live (about 5 different ones all within a couple miles of each other) so I went to another location a few days later just to see the various brands and prices. I won’t say the name but I will refer to it as ‘DP’… needless to say I was extremely disappointed despite their positive online reviews and photos. DP seemed like a popular place as many people were there and they carry a large assortment of units and juices. However, many of the ones I wanted were either all sold out or oddly expensive. While they did have local and homemade juices, the prices weren’t even comparable to Vape 27. Not only that, but the customer service was very lackluster. The man “helping” me had very low energy and didn’t seem at all interested in interacting, let alone selling to me. At Vape 27, they highly encourage you try before you buy, but at DP, I felt it was considered more of a nuisance than anything. Also at Vape 27, when you don’t like something, they get it: they know not everything is for everyone and they always offer a solution. At DP, I felt like he was insulted when I politely said I wasn’t feeling it. I soon realized it was time to bolt, and yet, I didn’t want to be offensive (I often feel bad when I don’t buy something which I know is silly), but I ended up buying one of their own mixes: a 30ml bottle for $20. After I made the purchase, I quickly exited feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable, not to mention upset that I even allowed myself to give that guy any of my $. Knowing I had to make this right with MYSELF, I headed back over to Vape 27 where I was greeted once again by Antonio and their “regular.” I told him I had “cheated” on them a little bit, but he laughed and replied understandably, “That’s what you have to do; try a couple places out and find the one that fits.” As soon as I walked up to the counter, he remembered and subsequently offered up their own RDA filled with the Milkhead by Gost I had been eyeing up the previous week… that’s when I knew I had found the place that was the right fit for me. I ended up buying (2) 30ml bottles from their $10 bin, as well as a 50ml bottle of Naked Fish Wahoo. l left feeling SO relieved and completely satisfied, hence my reason for writing this review. This place deserves an A+ in all areas: pricing, product, and especially customer service. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but working in the retail industry myself, I find it extremely important to give credit where credit is due. When someone goes above and beyond and exceeds all expectations, that in conjunction with experiencing the terrible customer service that IS unfortunately out there, you can’t take for granted those that have indeed made your time and $ well spent. Vape 27 is THE BEST place for your vaping needs- great job guys!!

Great selection of juices. & the staff treats you with the upmost respect. Definitely my go-to vape shop. They also offer hookah with a comfortable lounge area.
