I stop and get 6 donuts all the time. They are always delicious. Not sure what Disneyfunteacher expects from a donut shop. Not sure what donuts the teacher ordered. Probably not the delicious Apple Spice (sugared or glazed), Pumpkin (also sugared or glazed), Blueberry Cake or the other numerous varieties they carry that I am not seeing at any "stores" near me. The Cranberry Muffins alone are worth the trip!! If you are in a donut shop for a transaction of 6 donuts, Im not sure how terrible an experience that could be. Could they not find your donuts? Did they not arrange your donuts as neatly or precisely in the box as you would have liked or perhaps they werent given back to you on a silver platter! For someone to rate a 6 donut transaction as horrible is mindboggling! To equate that no one else was inside when "teach" was there as an indicator how bad the place is, is puzzling! Two weeks ago I went there and, I kid you not, the line was out the door. If the fast moving line is out the door.....I think theyre doing something right! Thanks for leaving more yummy donuts for me!!!!!!!

I had either called or stopped in nearly every weekend since February, to see when they would have lemon donuts. Every time I was told they didnt have them yet. Every time I asked when they would be making them to get a different answer every time; after March, after lent, spring, so on. Could never get a more specific answer. Then mid April I call, one week after stopping by to check, Im told they stopped making them this year because they ran out. I asked when they were being made, and was told weeks ago when I was calling and stopping by. The staff doesnt know when seasonal things are offered and will lie to you instead of finding out the right answer.

Service is ok. Yes, just ok. But if you dont care for their service the drive thru is perfectly fine. Truly delish donuts. We have to go here as a special occasion or only when out of town guests are visit because the kids will gobble them up the same day! Both locations are equally as great!

This is a common stop for coffee and a snack. Affordable, friendly, and fast service. The donut selection is different yet similiar to the big chains. Only wish I have is that they had an XL iced coffee. Other than that this is the last good stop before Sycamore going west on RT 20.

Awesome staff. This was my first time eating here. Very pleased. Food is good. Brownies soft. Clean VERY CLEAN. Has a strong country diner feel with diner seats and bar. Fantastic experience. 5 stars

Great donuts. I wish they would let you know what the limited edition doughnut was. Love there Orange Juice doughnuts when I can find them. They will make you will think Fruity Pebbles breakfast cereal.

We stopped and got 6 doughnuts today. The doughnuts tasted like store bought doughnuts and the customer service was horrible. I understand why they were not busy. I will not be back!

Always a pleasant experience coming here. Good staff, great donuts! Dont even bother going to dunkin if you want a good donut. Go here!! And they have a 24 hour drive thru!
