First of all, I did not want to write this review. I see a small business and I would really prefer to help them with immediate feedback, but didnt have the heart to tell them that they were not very good. We must have passed 4 Dunkin Donuts to get to this shop because I wanted to teach my daughter the value of going to small businesses. We arrived and the women behind the counter was really quite pleasant. We chose 7 donuts and some drinks and sat down to eat. Neither of us are very picky eaters but we both noticed that the donuts were not very good. She had a glazed donut and said it wasnt glazed enough. But the bigger problem I found was the donuts had to be several days old. I had more than one and the icing kinda broke apart and fell from the donut while the body of the donut just didnt taste fresh. Also, the milk was just close enough to spoiling that I could smell it beginning to sour. So sorry, but I have to be truthful. If you read this, I sincerely hope you make improvements because we want to see you make it.

I was really hoping that Naperville could have a donut shop like Glazed and Infused or Stans. Unfortunately, this place falls short. I tried donuts once here when it was Jo & Doh and it looks like The Glaze Donut Co has not learned from their mistakes. I do not mind paying more for donuts when they are innovative but freshness is key. I purchased a dozen at 9AM on a Saturday and all of them must have been made at least 24-48 hours earlier. I hate to say this but I have had fresher donuts at Meijer on multiple occasions. Owners, please take this constructively, I really want you to succeed.

Stopped in for some coffee and a donut. No coffee because they were closing soon. 3 donuts for almost $6. Worker was rude and seemed bothered by our presence. Lets recap, high prices, rude staff, and no coffee. Good luck! Donuts were better than Dunkin, but is that really worth mentioning.

Some of the nicest owners of any business Ive ever met. Great doughnuts and extremely friendly service. I make it a point to stop by any time Im in the area. They have some amazing specialty doughnuts! Try the maple bacon. Also, heard they will be doing bagels soon, I am SUPER EXCITED!!!!

This is my second favorite donut shop in town! However, it does have cozy seating inside and the customer service is very friendly. The donut selection is good and very yummy. I go more for the classic donut flavors, and theirs are a solid hit!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Glazed! The donuts were fresh and delicious!! I loved the ambiance of the store: cute fireplace! The employees were very accommodating! Would go back again!

First time visit. Purchased two donuts around noon and was disappointed they were not more fresh. For a donut shop I would expect very fresh donuts. Maybe noon is too late to stop in ?
