I had a wonderful experience here. The prices are reasonable & its better than going to the Apple Store. My phone was cracked & I was told it would be ready at 6 oclock. I did not have to wait. The customer service is amazing. Its a nice shop to get work done on your phone & it is not inconvenient. The worker Saad that helped me remembered my name, helped me to the best of his abilities & helped me pick out some nice phone cases. I recommend everyone come here whether your battery isnt working or you need a new screen.

I just want to give Applause to the whole cell Cell accessory store on Halsted in Chicago Heights the employee that took care of me today Kaelyn was kind and patient and very thoughtful and took all kinds of time to explain to me what a 71 year old woman needed to hear thank you again I left there so much happier and I hope that his employer get some feedback on this to know he did an excellent job in selecting Kaelyn as an employee and training into the best employee that he could be.

I realy love this store and the customer service!!! I got my iphone 7 fixed here and it looks flawless. I come here all the time and they are way cheaper than ATT, Tmobile, and definitely Sprint. Athough its cheaper quality is definitely still the same. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Amazing place! I went to get my charger port and battery replaced and they had it ready within a few hours!! Staff was amazing they even recognized who I was considering the few times I have gone. Thank you Saad! The plastic ear piece on my blue tooth broke! This store carries them! I did not have to go online, wait a week, and pay $hipping (which really adds to the co$t)! Saad is kind and helpful! This is a good place to go... lots of cool accessories!
