I took my iPad because I broke the glass panel. Justin explained that it would take 2 hours to fix it. So, I left my IPad and he said he would call me when it was ready. About an hour later, Justin called me to let me know that he had accidentally broken the home button. He explained that he would get it fixed, but I would have to wait until Saturday because he needed to order the part. I said fine. On Saturday I called to see by what time it would be ready, but was told that now the part would not be in until Monday. I was disappointed because now a 2 hour repair job would take 3 days because the part was not delivered on time. I was upset. The manager accepted responsibility and offered a discount for the inconvenience. On Monday I picked my iPad and it was perfect. I gave them 4 stars because they did a good job inspite of the inconvenience and because Justin stayed positive. I would have given them 5 stars, but the guy that was there when I picked up my iPad was so annoying. He kept insisting that I told him that my last name was Lopez. I said to him why would I tell you my last name is Lopez when my last name is Morales? Anyway, he was annoying.

The repair took two days longer than originally stated due to the technicians causing more damage to my iPad. The bigger issue was the lack of communication- was repeatedly told the iPad would be available the next day by noon. Not only did they not call me by noon, but I had to call them around 4/5pm to find out why the iPad was not ready yet. When I came in to pick it up, Justin was talking in a super condescending tone to the customer ahead of me. Then when given my receipt, the amount was not the agreed upon price (sorry Justin, I only look at amounts printed not written sloppily in pen). When I brought up the multiple days of not receiving calls, he completely dismissed it as a mistake (made multiple days in a row) and that he, wouldnt speak about it any more. So yes, I would go somewhere else and yes, I would disregard any fake apologetic replies given to this review- you had a chance to own it Justin! I would recommend going somewhere else based on the quality of personnel at this location along with the lack of timeliness, customer service, and quality of repairs.

One star would indicate I at least received service. I brought my XBOX One in for a diagnostic test and cleaning on Saturday, October 15th. The rep (Justin) asked if I could leave the device with them for 3-5 days, which I agreed to do. Justin indicated that I would get a follow up call on Monday (never received a call). I called them back on Tuesday(10/18), Wednesday (10/19), and Friday (10/21). On the Tuesday and Wednesday calls, the individual I spoke with told me that theyd contact me the following day and that they hadnt gotten to my repair yet. On Friday, I actually spoke with Justin who told me that not only had my device not been serviced, that he wasnt sure when it would be, and that it was "my decision" whether or not to pick the device up which felt really dismissive. I was pretty excited to not have to go through the wait with Microsoft, but after a week of no service, I wish Id gone that route instead. Ubreak seems great if you have a cracked phone screen, but DO NOT bring your console here.

One of the best customer services you can get. This guy Justin is good. I bent my iphone 6 Plus once. Took it to him, and he fixed it for free, I mean literally free. That too in 2 mins. Today I saw him not charging a customer anything at all as he had to replace something in that persons laptop, and he wasnt convinced with the quality of the stuff he had to replace it with. I guess the original wasnt available or something like that. Im going back to the store to get my silence button fixed. Every other place usually charges > 50 bucks, he has promised me 20, just because we had an initial deal that he may just repair it for free if he didnt have to replace parts. Im not sure how he does it and how long this is going to last, but these guys are reasonably priced, good with their stuff, and reliable. Today I got my iphone 6 Plus battery replaced for 69$. Havent compared the price against others, but definitely seems reasonable.

I brought in two broken iPhone 6 one has a crack screen and a broken camera and a other one is water damage. So I bought them and they were unable to fix the one with the broken camera but the one with the water damage they said that they would take it in for repair and they say they will give me a call back to tell me ones they have have everything really and to tell me about the price. So I waited for a few days I never got a call back so I went back and when I ask them why they didnt call me back they said that they have call but there was no answer (but I have not got any call on my phone or have any missed calls) and they still have not fix the phone yet so I have enough I got phone. All I know is that I just wasted all my time trying to get my phone fix for nothing, I will never come back here ever again and when I ever needed to get something fix (electronics) Im going somewhere else to get it fix. Im very disappointed

I brought in an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen today at 3:15pm. They said they could fix it and come back in 90 minutes. I gave them my cell phone number (not the broken phones number) and said any issues please call me. I come back at 4:45 and they said the screen they were going to replace it with was already cracked. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know since I was just hanging around for 90 minutes and the guy said the manager didnt tell him it wasnt for that phone. Then the manager walks in and said sorry and I asked him why didnt call me and he just rolled his eyes and walked into the back. Took my business to a competitor and its getting fixed now.

Instead of them saying that my laptop was destroyed, they tried get me to get an external hard drive instead, so that I could bring it to them so that they can pull off data that I DID NOT care about keeping.I just wanted to know if my laptop still worked. They WASTED well over 48 hours of my time, and I honestly believe they only wanted my money. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you do decide to go with this company PLEASE try a DIFFERENT LOCATION.

After accidentally putting my iPhone through the wash, I thought it was done for. On a whim, I took it into uBreakiFix - within 24 hours, it was as good as new. The microphone was also damaged from a previous incident (I was forced to use speakerphone always) - they noticed this, and said they could fix it that for only a few dollars. Great customer service and a great value!
