I loved my experience at Palazzo! I had been to two other boutiques shopping for my wedding dress before my appointment at Palazzo. I wasnt sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at their gorgeous and unique gowns and great customer service. Jane and Said were gracious and helpful through our shopping experience. They were knowledgable and friendly and listened to what I was looking for. Their dresses are all custom designs and top notch quality. I had numerous appointments with Jane for fittings, and every time, she was engaging and interested in how our wedding plans were coming along. Working with her took the worry out of the equation when it came to making sure the dress was perfect for the big day. If you are looking for a gorgeous and timeless but unique gown, you cant go wrong with a trip to Palazzo!

I had the best experience at Palazzo!! Jane and her husband were wonderful. Jane designs every single dress in the shop, and one is prettier than the next. The only day my family/friends were able to meet was a Sunday. Palazzo is typically closed on Sundays, but thanks to my sister calling, Jane opened her store just for us. Jane quickly understood my style and price range. She brought me several dresses to try on, and I ended up buying my dress that day! The store is gorgeous, and the dresses have a range in style/price so any bride would be able to find what she is looking for. We had a great day there, and I am very thankful for Jane and her husband accommodating our schedule. Highly recommend going to Palazzo for your wedding dress!
