I got my first tattoo done here. I had been thinking about what I wanted for years, it was just simple text. This was kinda close to home, and had some good reviews so I decided to check it out. I went in, told the guy what I wanted, and he helped me pick out a font - it was really that easy. I got it done 10 minutes after I walked in. The artist was very friendly, chatty, and understanding when I was in a tiny bit of discomfort during the 5 minutes it took to actually do the tattoo. Overall I had a good experience here and I were to get another tattoo I would probably go here.

DONT EVER COME HERE. I came for a navel piercing which tore out a few months after and left a nasty scar. After I met with an expert, they said that whoever at Infamous Ink did this did it WAY TOO SHALLOW and completely ruined it. My navel is forever ruined as there is too much scar tissue to repierce it. One of the main reasons I came here is because of the cheap peircing prices and the fact that they said I could wear whichever navel ring I wanted too immediately upon peircing. Clearly they were completely wrong and ruined everything. DONT EVER GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS.

Wouldnt even give them one star, got my nipples pierced here and they pierced my areola instead. Could have caused serious damage if i waited much longer and need surgery. Wont even respond my emails when confronting for a refund. Possibly pressing charges for negligence. To later on him attack myself and the judgement of a couple other studios opinions to take out the piercings for my own health and safety

These "great" reviews are either luck or bull. I went here a while ago to get a touch up and a simple shape and the guy couldnt do that right. My touch up has unblended shading lines and my shape is extremely crooked and none of the lines are clean. Not to mention this is the worst Ive ever scarred and I have 9 tattoos! DONT GO TO INFAMOUS INK!

I got my industrial piercing done here, within a 2 1/2 weeks, it ripped through my ear and fell out...while having this piercing it continuously blead and was severely crusty...they pierced it way to shallow and informed me on improper aftercare tips...80$ gone and a scared ear is what I have currently! Do not go here!

Excellent service! And did great work! I got a really detailed tattoo that was fairly small. I originally went down the street to Tatu Tattoo and they were sceptical about being able to do the design, and they they wanted to charge me out of this world to do it. Best decision ever. Will be going back for future tats!

Great. Great. Great. The best priced tattoo place I could find in Chicago. Very friendly guy who knows what hes doing. Great atmosphere in the shop. Great guy behind the counter. I do not live in Chicago but I know that if I ever go back and look for another tattoo, I will DEFINITELY be going back here.

Very unprofessional the artist Jeremy made a mistake on my tattoo and completely denied saying it wasnt his fault, I received a tattoo of the moon phases from him and instead of giving me 2 crescent moons he gave me 3 gibbous moons and never gave me compensation for it.

Terrible experience. Got my tattoo done on my forearm, healed terribly. The writing was all scratchy. Came back 4 weeks later three different times and continued to make excuses as to why they couldnt fix it. Over all a terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE
