I chose this place initially because I think the website is awesome with Craig Jackman in all his glory :) But, I think its a fantastic establishment after heading over there late one Wednesday evening. I wasnt sure if I was going to get my tattoo done, and I had a limited amount of time (read: about 24 hours) in L.A. But, he managed to fit me in at the very end of the day. I brought in pictures and my ideas, and Craig helped me make it real and long-lasting. Though I wanted something on my feet, he advised me about how they dont last as long because of all the wear and tear that feet get during a course of a day. But after about 20 minutes of conversation and drawing it up, he finished my ankle tattoo in about an hour. Its black and grey, and I absolutely love it! The concept is that Im bi-coastal, living in Boston but will always consider L.A. my home. I wanted to get a set representing the West and East Coasts, and it helped to have someone help me design the tattoo with that love for L.A. in mind! Now to get that East Coast tat.....

My wife and I got a tattoo there and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s a disaster. I cannot believe this so called “tattoo shop” is allowed to operate. This place should be closed down for good. My wife and I are stuck with the worst tattoos ever and we are SO frustrated… For those who don’t believe what I’m saying just contact me and I’ll be glad to show you the crap this guy did to us. If the guy wasn’t my father’s age I would definitely have beaten the crap out of him for having done this to us…. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism are the two words that keep coming to my mind every time I look at my tattoo and my wife’s. My only advice is: do not set foot at this shop unless you wanna end up like me. PS: The tattoos we had were small and very basic; nothing fancy. And still he managed to mess it up. I can’t even imagine what would have happened had we done something complex… This guy is unbelievably incompetent.

Dale Shmitt did an amazing job. He saved a very large prison piece for me on an extremely short notice. Very cool guy, and is very versatile. Tip him at least $50-$100, he deals with tourist Walk ins mostly. have him do something cool thats not your spouses initials or an ny logo, he has mad skills. Worth every penny. If Im lying, come to Tulsa and burn my house down. Great job Dale. Ive made a lifelong connection for any serious work I may need done.

This place is just awful. Believe me you do not want to go to this place. The quality of their ink is just terrible. I had one piece done in two different places. The part I got done at fineline looks so bad. I want to get it removed and redone at the second place I went to. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID THIS CRAPPY PLACE. Theyre mean too. So hostile.
