**Edit** General Manager Bob Levenson has extended his assistance to fix some of these problems. So far he has been extremely helpful. Absolutely STAY AWAY. This dealership is filled with snakes and rats. I bought a used 2007 Honda Accord from them in February of 2014 and regret it greatly. They claimed the car had all its fluids changed out and no problems and even signed off on a 2 year extended warranty. I have already made back my money on the warranty. In April-14 I had to bring the car back in because there was a check engine light, jerky trans, and an odd sound. When I brought it in they gave me a 10page repair report totaling $5640.80. Some problems were = o2 sensor ($121warranty) Catalytic converter heat shield rust (which they claimed was making the noise($1060 non warranty))(It wasnt making the noise, it was a stuck bolt), Broken and collapsed engine mounts ($863warranty), TRANS FLUID critical ($72.50 non warranty)(When I changed this myself afterwards the fluid was at least 30K miles old (something they said they changed)), Break Fluid renewal ($145 non warranty, something they said they changed), Power steering fluid($145 non warranty, something they said they changed), Ball Joint & Compliance Bushings ($1133 warranty) Timing Belt replacement ($750 non warranty) ERG Ports Service ($174 non warranty) Syn Power ($174 non warranty) Tires ($425 no warranty, they said that I had a good 2 years left on the tires when I purchased) The heat shield replacement repair was a pure scam which was easy to see through. They hadnt changed any of the fluids in the car, they were all extremely old And to top it all off, the second set of keys wasnt cut or programmed for the car and when I told them the day after I bought it they tried to argue with me and make me pay $175 to get it cut AFTER they GUARANTEED me 2 sets of keys. (didnt come with Valet key). After an hour of arguing with Tony Basich they finally cut it for free. They say they dont go off of Kelly Blue Book value estimates because they treat their cars better than KBB expects and that KBB isnt accurate (BS to boost the price on their stock) They claimed they had just gotten the car in 2 weeks ago yet the title transfer information clearly stated they had the car from October 2013 till I purchased in February 2014 (5 Months). When I brought that up they claimed they didnt know what I was talking about and said the title information on the Car Fax must have been wrong. Now I have brought my car back to them in July for a check engine light, and jerky transmission, and the car only gets 16mpg (they claimed 21city-31highway-24combined). Now they are saying there is nothing wrong with the transmission and that I have to pay for the second o2 sensor. Bunch of crooks in there. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

77.50 sir!! 77.50!! 77.50!! 77.50!! I just got my car fixed for about $1000 with them (my extended warranty covered 800 of it but still Honda made $1000). Here are the reasons for why “I” will not be going back. Was attended to by Marcel. Introductions were all good. Got a call later in the day that car has to stay in the shop overnight. I ask for a rental/loaner (since my extended warranty pays for one). He says “we do not provide one”. So I tell him – I will drive home today and whenever the parts arrive I will drop it off at 7AM and pick it at 5PM. he says – “In that case we will have to charge you for a new diagnosis ($145) since you took it out of the shop” Next day during pickup I notice a panel on the passenger side hanging so I go back to him. he went away and came back with “the mechanic says he did not work on that side of the car” I tell him this was not broken earlier and mechanic might be able to “pop” it right back in. I can do it too based on youtube videos or something but thought since I was there they would just pop it in. instead he says” “we have to take the car back up and work on it. we are busy now” I ask for a manager and he says the manager left and he is the ASSITANT TO THE MANAGER. He says he will get his card, goes in and does not return. I go back to the office and see him tending to someone else. After he finishes with her he says “yes sir, how may I help you” Some of the pleasantries provided after that was “our mechanics don’t work for free sir. they are busy” “we will have to charge you a diagnosis fee which is ½ hour 77.50 and you have to wait till 5PM (this is at 1PM)” Guess what my rating to the place is 100 – 77.50 = 22.5. Will round it off to 1 star --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Christina (their social media person) calls me on 02/08 and says they viewed security footage and other evidence and determined that they did not break it. I said that is fine but why not fix it, to which she says the manager noticed a broken clip and we were not sure if you wanted it at that point since you have declined other services like clutch and brake fluid changes in the past. I told her that is because I got both of those done elsewhere for half the price and moreover a clip costs $2 so why would I decline it. I am not sure if they wanted $77.50 to install a clip. Anyways she asked me to take my car back to the place where I installed the lights (which was done 4 years ago). I told her i already popped it back in place and I picked her call not to get free service but to make sure they dont discredit my review saying unverified customer or unable to reach. It was the regular we apologize....., so hung up after 30 mins of getting nowhere

The last working key to my 2012 Civic recently fell apart. Because the fob and key blade were separate, I figured Id get some simple backup replacements. Fletcher-Jones gave me a decent price, so I bought them. Brought the car in the next day along with the keys and a brand new after market remote as well. Because it was Christmas Eve, I was told Id have to come back two days later. No problem, I show up then, happy to find two keys working with the ignition. I take the vehicle home, only to find out that the previously working key fob no longer operated the doors or trunk. I call up the service department, and apparently my service consultant Brian is away for 2 days and left early. No worries, Ill told them I would call back then. I lock up from the inside and go home, a bit disappointed. The next day, it turns out that these keys no longer unlock the door, so Im completely locked out. I call up the service department again, and they hang up on me 4 times during call transfers before I finally reach their manager Joel. He says the only option is to tow the vehicle, and that there may have been actuator damages and blah blah blah, none of which existed 72 hours ago when I dropped off the car with a working remote. He recommends a specific towing company to bring it in, but if it turns out not to be their fault (???) I would have to pay $150-200 for the towing. Turns out this company (CD towing? CB towing?) is full, so they cant help until tomorrow morning. I call Joel back 2 minutes after our last chat, because he said he could help if the car was brought in by 6PM. I leave a voicemail regarding the situation, and despite it being 2 hours before closing, never hear back. Fortunately AAA unlocked the vehicle and the keys still start the car. Its a huge pain when dealerships take a working vehicle, service it, and break everything else then blame the customer. Between Fletcher-Jones taking a fully working door (36K miles only!) and remote and returning them inoperable to the customer 3 days later, I somehow doubt that the customer ruined the entire central locking system in 3 hours. Not worth the hassle, time or money, and definitely not worth playing the blame game over whos fault it is that the car is worse off than before. If youre interested in new keys, you can expect to pay for the the keys + programming ($200+), but youd better hope that you dont end up having to possibly pay an additional $600-1000 in case they ruin any other central locking system on your vehicle in the process. Losing all my faith in the Honda corporation after two bad experiences in a row. No worries, Ill have to speak with my CC and insurance companies and also the BBB on any consumer protection options. If not, never again regardless.
