BY FAR, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. I GOT A CAR FROM THEM, AND 31 DAYS LATER, IT BROKE DOWN ON ME. THEY TOOK 2 MONTHES TO FINALLY HELP ME GET INTO ANOTHER CAR. AND THE ONLY REASON THEY DID IT WAS BECAUSE I THREATENED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. SO EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR, THEY TOLD MY THAT MY MONTHLY PAYMEST WERE GOING TO GO UP! EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO SOLD ME THE FD UP VEHICLE. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART. THEY SEND A CAR FROM THEIR OTHER LOT THAT I WAS WILLING TO TEST DRIVE. GUESS WHAT? IT BROKE DOWN ON THEIR WAY TO US!!! SO THEN, I GUESS THE PERSON WHO WAS SELLING ME THE CAR DIDNT KNOW HOW TO TELL ME, GIVEN THAT IVE ALREADY BEEN UP THERE FOR 6 HOURS, AND IM ALREADY AT MY BOILING POINT WITH THEM!! SO THE MANAGER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT BROUGHT HER OVER, AND JUST STARTED SCOLDING HER LIKE SHE WAS AN IDIOT, AND SHE SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK HIM HOW TO PRESENT THE NEWS TO ME. THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THE ONLY OTHER CAR THEY HAD AVAILABLE FOR ME WAS GOING TO ADD 30 DOLLARS TO MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS! MIND YOU, I HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET FOR 2 MONTHES WITH CRAZY MONEY JUST TO GET AROUND. (TAXI, UBER, BABY-SITTER, ETC) AND HAVING TO DEPEND ON OTHER PEOPLE TO GET AROUND. SO WHATEVER, I GET THE CAR. MY 1ST PAYMENT CAME UP, AND SADLY ENOUGH, MY BUDGET WAS RATHER JACKED UP BECAUSE OF ALL OF MY MISHAPS. SO I CALLED TO ASK FOR AN EXTENSION UNTIL MY NEXT PAYDAY, AND I WAS DENIED BY THE MANAGER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. WITH HIS STATEMENT, AND I QUOTE..." YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THAN THAT." IM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT FOR YOU. WEVE ALREADY DONE (ENOUGH) FOR YOU. SORRY" STRAIGHT HEARTLESS. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER ANYONE TO TO BUY A CAR FROM THAT PLACE AT ALL. THEYRE CROOKS. AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. IM ALMOST CONFIDENT THAT WHOEVER GAVE THEM 5 STARS ARE ETHIER FAMILY OR FRIENDS. I WISH I COULD DO 0 STARS. IM JUST MAD THAT IM STUCK WITH THEM FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS

I would like to make public the fact that this dealership is selling cars that have no value and taking advantage of people looking to buy a good used car at a reasonable price. Last year My husband and I ended up at this dealership searching for a good affordable car after loosing our previous car in a crash. They take your information right away and process it to see what you can afford, without you even choosing a car. They have this color code on the cars to distinguish tiers/levels on what your credit was approved, so then you choose from those cars. They do not tell you the amount you were approved for or the cost on the cars until theyre finally "working out a deal". We ended up signing off on a Jeep commander 2007. I made sure I asked the right questions before buying it, and one of those questions was "any previous accidents?" and the sales persons responded "NO". We agreed to pay top price on the truck $12,995 for a used Jeep commander 2007 thinking we got a good deal since we didnt have the best credit. After a year of paying for this truck always on time, we find out that the truck has structural/frame damage and is not worth close to what it was sold to us. We then proceeded to go to the dealer and try to get this fixed but instead they tried to have us trade in the truck and attempted to sell us yet another crashed truck (because this time I made sure to run the car facts) for $15,000 when I currently owe $10,000 for the jeep Commander. I did not accept this "deal" and left the dealership having to deal with this whole ordeal on my own. The dealer is not owning to their "mistake" at all. I have paperwork showing all discrepancies and they just told me to call customer service. It is a true scam that they got to work through loopholes in the dealership system. People are being taken advantage of when they are looking for help. The dealer is CAR OUTLET in Waukegan IL

I am very happy and satisfied on how they help me with my situation the manager and one of the salesmen johnathan did and awesome job and gave me my mothers day gift . Thank you guys you made my day 7 months later and if its not my car it is my sons car that i cosign for him.... they just giving him the run around and they just not helping him whats so ever he has so many problems with it its just sad to know that supposbly the car is inspected and pass but since he had it nothing but trouble... they inspected again just a week ago and need 2600.00 worth of fixing what the heck is that!!! he only had the car for 4 months payments on time its just an never ending story... you would think they will help but noooo all they want is their payment... the price they gave on the car was totally not the price on the contract he should just gotten a new car.... beside that my car didnot come with a Cat to change a tire thank God i beg him to get me a spare but thats not all i can go on but im soooo disapointed and really disgusted with these people i dont even want to deal with them because when they do its not going to be nice.... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS A BAD DEALERSHIP DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!!

This was one of the greatest car buying experiences Ive ever had. I went seeking a luxury SUV for myself and my children. Car Outlet had a good selection of vehicles & SUVs on the lot I visited and what they didnt have they would send someone to another lot they owned to give you a bigger selection of vehicles to choose from. They did everything in their power to make sure myself and my children will be satisfied with our purchase by showing me several different vehicles. They made sure the vehicles had the features I was seeking. They added a warranty and GAP coverage to make sure I would be covered leaving the lot and I always have the option to add full coverage insurance with my own provider or keep their gap insurance and add liability insurance with my own provider. Myself and a family member was there for quite sometime but it was worth it because I left with a great luxury SUV, one year warranty, insurance etc. I had issues with my radio before leaving and they already have my appointment scheduled to have it taken care of.
