Do not ever go to this beauty supply store! They were terrible and they charged my card five times . I called my bank; my bank said that they were charging my card and excepting the charge but then they were declining it. they only declined it twice out of the five times where the funds were transferred back to my account. so then I told the employees that its their system and they literally told me that no its not them its my bank when my bank literally told me that the beauty supply store is literally messing with my card. the employees didnt listen to anything that the people at the bank said they didnt listen to me either. then I told him you guys really messed up my card everybody in the store heard the entire thing and the beauty supply said theres no way we can give me the items if my bank refunded my money. I was so pissed because it was really their fault. dont ever go there! I literally talked to two banks specialist and every bank specialist told them that it is their system messing up not my card. Just dont ever go there.

Store people with forced smiles were walking around following customers watching them like hawks. Seems like when beauty supply owners who are predominantly Asian open in black neighborhoods they do not trust or respect their customers. Case in point: 3-wig try on limit = hurry up buy and GTFO. No bathrooms in even the megastore size supply places. They would rather you leave and go find another bathroom than to accommodate you where other stores provide bathrooms knowing customers will spend more if they dont leave the store. If they dont trust or are so afraid that were going to steal from them then they should not open businesses in our neighborhoods. They certainly would not patronize our businesses if they were in in their neighborhoods. The item that I was going to buy I ended up putting down and leaving the store because I did not like being followed around. Blacks should stop patronizing Asian stores until they respect us.

I am a drag queen and have been shopping here for years. But, this afternoon, 7 of my drag queen friends and I were shopping for wigs when they KICKED US OUT!!!! They told us that the store was for women and that we were not welcome there because we made the other real women in the store (all two of them) uncomfortable. I am appalled at their blatant discrimination against the LGBT community and I urge you to not shop at (boycott) a business that practices illegal discrimination like this. Needless to say, the eight drag queens who were shopping this afternoon will never set foot in there again.

Ive been coming here for years I love this place. They have literally anything and everything you could want. Jewelry, makeup, wigs, wallets, sandals, all sorts of beauty supplies at a great price. This place is awesome and worth coming to. Street parking, and you have to check your bag at the front. The only downfall - - It can be slightly awkward shopping when theres like four people watching you the whole time. Just ignore it.

Very helpful staff. My mom needed a wig after medical treatment and the employees were very nice. There were signs about limiting how many wigs you can try, but I think theyre there to stifle reckless wig handling. The woman helping us brought many wigs over for my mom to try on. A lot of options in wigs, you can spend as little as 30 dollars or have a nice quality wig for under 100$. Thank you for all your help.

Didnt even go after talking to them on phone. Chicago street parking is very expensive and difficult, so I asked if I truly have 3 wig limit to try on. Yup, true. I said, its cheaper then to go to the suburbs where I can be a consumer. They said, "OK, bye". So, no matter what they have, Im paying time and parking to be abused. My money is green elsewhere.

They arent very helpful in here if you dont already know what you need, but the selection is good and the store is large. Prices are on par with other large beauty supply stores around the city. Like every other Asian owned beauty supply store, prepare to be followed if you are black or brown.

As transgender this store is my heaven. You walk in and they treat you so well. I get all my awesome quality wigs from here, and they look so realistic for the low prices. This store is the best. Never bought a wig online or anywhere else ever since. Just wish it was closer to my house.

These ladies watch you like hawks and follow you around trying to see if you will steal ! I dont like that at all. Yes they do offer a lot of lace front wigs, half wigs and human hair wigs but that kinda treatment is racist and uncalled for.

They have a lot of stuff, but customer service is bad. Majority of people who shop there are black yet they follow them around, but when the customer needs help they arent much help and you feel rushed.
