The negative reviews for this location are accurate. Stopped in over the weekend to receive an eye exam because I needed some new glasses I planned on ordering online. Going into it, I thought "How bad can an eye exam be?" Well.. The exam itself was mostly fine, although some of the equipment appeared somewhat dirty. But after the exam, the trouble really began. At my previous eye doctor using the same insurance plan, I received a full eye exam and contact lens exam with a full years supply of contacts for just under $100. Here, the eye exam copays came to the same amount without purchasing any contacts. When I expressed some confusion about this, the manager began to become slightly hostile and extremely condescending, describing my insurance plan in a way that didnt seem to make sense. Despite this, I still wanted a full prescription, including pupillary distance, so that I could order glasses online, and I was interested in buying some contacts just in case what the manager said was true about my not being able to use my contacts coverage if I didnt buy contacts that day. Though the initial sales person Id spoken to said that measuring the PD and giving it to me would be no problem, the manager intervened and said there was no way theyd do that unless I purchased glasses from them. (I later contacted corporate HQs customer service and was told that was not accurate -- they should be able to measure this as part of my prescription "no problem.") When I pushed back on this, she continued to grow extremely angry. She yelled across the room at the sales person, "Fine, no contacts!" (it was a total "No soup for you!" moment, and not the first time she openly spoke down to the sales person). And then she angrily offered a full refund for the whole exam, which I declined because I still wanted the glasses prescription. She finally let out a deep sigh and measured my PD, scribbling it on the paper and shoving it back in my face. I left without any contacts, though I had wished to purchase at least some, and now have the fear that I wont be able to use any of my benefits toward buying contacts this year all because of an extremely hot-heated manager who created such a hostile, confusing environment that I still feel completely blindsided by the whole thing. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and easily one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

Very bad service. Went and ordered glasses and nobody gave a call to inform that the glasses have arrived. When I asked about that they said somebody called me and when I asked who called they said that is not possible to find out. I told nobody called and they even didnt care as they got the money from me already. Very bad store. Never go there!!!!!
