I have been needing some equipment to rent from the Godfrey location. Each time I call to rent equipment it has been broken down. I needed to rent some concrete items and both items have been broke down for 6 weeks now. Customer service is at par because they dont tell you anything about the equipment that is broke down either. I will take my business to Nu Way.

Such a great store. Always extremely helpful - not only in product, but in installation/application procedures as well. You just CANNOT get this at a big Home Depot or Lowes. And surprisingly, this store has EVERYTHING - even though they are smaller than those big box hardware stores. Shop local - its worth it.
