My family has had a bad experience with having a watch battery replaced here in the past(the watch was no longer water proof and was destroyed because of it) but I decided I would stop by on my walk to work to have a link taken out of my movado. The watch was passed off to who I can assume is the nice lady who works theres daughter. Already made me uncomfortable because Im protective over my watches, especially the ones I spend two thousand dollars on. The daughter proceeded to attempt to take the pin out of the band which was actually a screw. Afterwards I was left with a semi stripped screw and a scuff mark on the side of the link. I would not recommend bringing any high end jewelry here as they dont give it the attention it deserves.
