I was shopping for frames for two original water colors when I got a phone call - I had to walk outside to get good reception and inadvertently left the cloth bag with the two paintings in it and other items I wished to purchase. After the emergency phone call I was upset and left the store without remembering the paintings in the black cloth bag embroidered with "Bags and Bows" sticking out of it. When I remembered on my way south on I-75 about 30 miles away I called the store and the girl with whom I spoke said yes, they had the bag with the two paintings and she described them perfectly. I was so relieved because I could get my son to pick them up the next morning. I was promised they would be put in a locked room. When I called the next day there was no such bag in the locked room. I called several times later only to be told no one knew anything about a bag in the locked office, It was stolen by an employee. I was stupid and trusting not to get a name.

Came to buy a rug. Had them take the one we wanted to the front. Were trying to buy it was realized that there was damage to the rug. When it was originally opened before being hung up in the store, it looks like when cutting off the plastic it was wrapped in they cut through the rug. Although the rug was still somewhat together, it was cut completely through the bottom padding all the way through to the top weave. They said they would give us a discount. When asked what that discount would be, they said $40. $40 off a $300 rug that is apart cut in half. Crappy Crappy customer service. Disappointed.

Large location with a lot to choose from. Very busy location. Disorganized... probably because its wall-to-wall customers all the time. Hard to find someone to assist you and the line to check out is always long, but at least they have someone at every register. Many of the clearance items were broken, not sure if thats standard. And holy cow the parking situation. Its not their fault that their customers cant drive. Please be careful pulling out of your space! Watch for other cars AND PEDESTRIANS.

The place was a bit of a mess, but thats to be expected. The few staff members I did see around the store were working hard at trying to keep their area organized.

Always find hidden gems. Sometimes they have really good stuff that is a great deal. Pretty organised and clean.
