Bought the new Galaxy Tab A Nook at the Savannah B&N. I really like the device, my 3rd Nook. The "Nook Support Team" at this local store is anything but supportive. When I asked a simple question re: installing and using the SD card, I was immediately told to call Samsung?? I had a Nook specific question re: directing the Nook app to "look" for content on the SD card. Was advised that I would have to drive back to Savannah because the solution was too complex to do over the phone... Not true. Simply install and format the SD card and the Nook app recognizes content immediately...

Shady place and deal!!... I worked there in the mornings cleaning up the store bout one month ago. I never got paid! The mangers Jill, Mr Nate and Ned never got back with me on that. Something shady going on at this Barnes & noble I will be making a case and contacting corporate about this matter!

Mrs.Mary is the sweetest bookseller in the store. She is awesome and I was so happy to see her today. She will help you locate what you are looking for with a gentle touch. She is a nice older lady and I enjoy the experience with her every time. Thanks Ms.Mary!!!!

Staff usually arent very helpful or friendly. This location does not always have a clearance table which is disappointing. Too many toys and memorabilia. Always feels like they move the sections around which gets confusing.

As a family we just really enjoy the kids area where they all pick a few books to read and buy. The Starbucks inside has a large variety and the store always has lots of reading activities or guest author signing events.

This B&N is attached to The Oglethorpe Mall. Clean public restrooms, WiFi, and very helpful employees. The store is always well organized and shelves are neat.
