The stores physical atmosphere, albeit small is great & product offering is pretty good too.. had some issues with produce (strawberries on sale turned out to be moldy underneath the label when I got home) & the natural remedy/beauty section leaves something to be desired. However, Im not sure what these other folks are talking about with customer service.. Ive been to this location on average once a month for the last year and a half and the front end staff are never friendly. The floor staff have never offered assistance.. not once. Ive overheard them complaining to each other and they generally look miserable & unhappy to be there. Ive asked for help finding something & one employee in produce actually laughed at my question simply saying they didnt have the product.. which I later found myself on the opposite side of the store. Im not sure if its the general area in which the store is located.. maybe they generally get treated sub-par by the locals. The areas not really known for a great customer service atmosphere. I love that I can find some of my favorite products there that I cant get elsewhere & the produce selection is pretty good for the area ...but it would be great if they could improve their customer service. My husband actually dreads going with me.. hes appalled by it.

"The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang." - Mary Kay Ash How true... I decided to try FRESH MARKET when the long awaited, SPROUTS, opened in Peachtree City, one mile away. Both markets offer a great selection of gourmet foods. Each highlight attractive, well stocked display cases in bakery, meat, seafood and prepared foods. Awesome specials abound throughout each. Thats where the similarities end... FRESH MARKET (Saturday July 9th, 8:30 PM) : After being ignored at the meat counter (no one present), given attitude by the bakery attendant (when asked to call an associate to the counter), receiving more attitude from the same baker when asking for caramelized sugar on my creme brulee (silly me), I was asked by the Manager on Duty, if I was finding everything I needed. I recanted my experience at the bakery, while said Mod actually smirked at me with an expression on his face which I can only describe as amusement / derision!! Needless to say... my 1st and last visit to FRESH MARKET. Btw: Good customer service shouldnt be the exception, it should be the norm. I suggest a field trip for all of your employees to any PUBLIX or Chick-fil-A.

This store has great potential if they hire employees who actually care about their customers. My husband and I went there on a Saturday night 45 minutes before they closed. The person in the fish department was annoyed that he had to help us because he was cleaning up to go home. It was very clear that we were an inconvenience to him. Other employees never say hello, they act very indifferent to serve you. There are a few that are nice and smile etc. In order to have an upscale store, you must provide the very best service. Publix in Wilshire may not have the greatest selections but their staff outshines the Fresh Market staff by miles. I do not work for Publix, I just shop at both stores.

I go here on Tuesdays for their ground chuck and chicken special. Its worth the drive to get real quality meat at a such a great price. The staff behind the counter are generally very helpful and understanding. The staff at checkout on the other hand is very disappointing. They will normally be conversing with one another and ignoring you completely. They seemed to be annoyned that they are at work. This is very disappointing for me especially because I am a former employee of the Buckhead location and our focus was on excellence in customer service. Talking was prohibited unless it was to the customer and only then was it okay to speak to your co-worker as part of a group conversation.

I love this place, but it has a weird energy... I just called to let them know that one of their almond milk is expired, that I drunk a little bit and now Im feeling sick and they say "ok we will fix that, thanks for calling. Bye". Sure, he was polite but wouldnt be more correct to at least say "oh no! How sick are you? Can you please tell me tha name of the brand? Do you want me to replace the milk?". I had weird experiences with employees in the past too... Hard to explain... One time a guy asked me what I do for living just from out of the blue... I would start going to sprouts since is just a mile from there.

Fresh Market is AWESOME! They might be a little higher than your normal market; but this is a specialty store...and a meat market rolled into one! Their flowers are beautiful and their customer service is off the chain. Sarah is my contact and she always goes above and beyond for whatever Im shopping for. If you have not tried their ground beef, its a must. The flavor is off the chain. If you ever need a fruit basket for a special occasion, give them a try....its also tremendous.

I love the boutique quality of Fresh Market. The bakery, fresh fish, and deli foods are fantastic. There sales can be quite good, too. However, the customer service is poor as a whole. Very few employees smile or even mutter a few words, and many are just not helpfuI on the phone or in the store.I realize PTC is a demanding population, but the Fresh Market management need to consult with Publix or Chic Fil A on how to train or hire employees to provide quality customer service.

This store hires the worst employees for the deli! They are the rudest people I have ever encountered in a grocery store. I just went in to get a paninni sandwich and it took her 20 min to make while being rude to me the entire time. This is not the first time this has happened there and I can say that I will never shop there again. Kroger or Publix have 100% better customer service! Fresh Market you need to fire your managers and deli staff and start over. DO NOT GO THERE!

We as a family are so grateful to have The Fresh Market in our hometown of Peachtree City, GA. We visit it at least once weekly, but usually more. We find the atmosphere friendly and the staff helpful. And it is such a convenience to be able to pick up items quickly while out and about, without navigating a larger store. It is also our go to place for all fresh meats. If you are looking for bargains, you will want to make a point to visit on Tuesdays.

This is a bit of a strange store. It has a lot of deli items and a full produce section. Some of it is organic and some is not and it is all intermixed. So, if this is important to you, read all the signs. They have a full meat department that is very nice, but a little on the pricey side. Lots of bulk items as well. This store does not have tofu and it doesnt have frosted flakes either.

I enjoy shopping at the Fresh Market in Peach Tree City. The fresh flowers always last longer than a week. Theres a great selection in the produce department. The cuts of meats are excellent and I can find grass fed meats as well. A wonderful place for finding Whole30 approved items. Also theres never a long wait to checkout and the employees are very welcoming!
