Will not come back . I am a frequent customer and go everytime i have medicine called in and everytime have a problem with them. This time they assumed even though i had showed my insurance card a few days before and 3 other times they wanna assume i dont have insurance and decide not to bother even filling my medicine. Me being pregnant and sick and it being the fault of them has to wait around because they assume i didnt have insurance. Even though less than a week before seen mybcard while i was getting my prenatals. And continue to be really rude. Many times they wont bother to fill a prescription of yours they will come up with several excuses. Staff is outright rude .

Long wait for precriptions to be filled, and today were very rude on the phone. Not sure why, usually they are friendly, I ask if a prescription for my husband was ready, could not hear well, the lady says in a rude tone "HELLO", I told her sorry I cant hear well, then she said Yes the precription is ready, still using rude tone. I said ok thank you, she didnt reply thank you or ok or nothing, she just hung up. I will never use this pharmacy again!

Ive been to several kroger pharmacies and never have I experienced the lack of care at this particular pharmacy. On numerous occasions I have been treated with disrespect by both techs and pharmacists. Also, Ive worked in a pharmacy before therefore, as a former tech, I know how customers should be treated and this is not it. I would give a Zero star rating, but there is no such thing so 1 star will have to do for now.

This is a chain, grocery store pharmacy. On multiple occasions the staff (both pharmacists and techs) have been rude and unprofessional. They provide lackluster service and do not treat customers as individuals but rather as a prescription number. I have been to other Kroger pharmacies and didnt have the poor experiences I have had at this location.
