Monday after I went in there in desperation to get rid a a sinus infection I had for almost three weeks. It had gotten so bad I even lost my voice for a couple of days and nothing was seeming to help. So I ask one of the pharmacist for help although I cant remember his name he is tall ( which everyone is compared to me) wears glasses, faded haircut, and always has a caring warming smile on his face. He listened to my delima and said everything I was taking should work and said I should go to the doctor. As I told him that just wasnt an option he told me one more thing I could do he recommended Mucinex DM and wished me luck and here I am 4 days later and it is almost completely cleared up. So very thankful for his help and dedication, this is the first time in almost 3 weeks I feel back to my old self. So I highly recommend going here if you need advice and cant afford going to ER or urgent Care for something thats minor but can knock you on your rear. Sorry so long but I had to express how happy I am of the team we have in Lawrenceburg Kroger pharmacy. Happy New Year.

Almost every single time I have an issue or problem with any Rx held at this Kroger, they seem to go out of their way to not be accomodating, and just to be out right difficult. The last straw for me, was the day they tried to explain to me why they couldnt help me, and went on to tell me an out & out lie, as in information that simply was not true, just to justify their actions.I can deal with just about anything but a liar.《《《《《 Transfer all Rx out, never coming back》》》》》

Many of the people are rude or act as if they hate the world. Especially if theres any kind of complications or if you have a complaint almost everyones attitude goes from super happy great to f*** you. They need some new employees
