Last night my car broke down right infront of the Kryspe Kreme/ Home Depot. I was out there for hours waiting on a tow truck. Two young ladies that work in the Kryspe Kreme came out with some donuts and gave it to me, and asked me if i wanted anything to drink. It bought tears to my eyes. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. A sister was hungry too lol But i truly appreciated that kindness. I didnt get the two young ladies name but i wish i did. Im sure they know who they are but thank you ladies thank you from the bottom of my heart. That meant alot to me and i was already having a bad day. A wonderful act of kindness can change a persons mood and they did that for me. And thank you to all the people that stopped to help and make sure i was okay. Goes to show there are still wonderful people left. I hope the manager ask who the ladies are so they can pass this on to them. Thanks again. xoxoxoxo

This store is great when you are going to make a regular purchase. ****** Warning do not Take your kids when they offer the kids dress up and special coupons for free donuts etc.... The Store Manager Consuela will do everything in her power to not comply with those specials. Like today 9/19/2013 is dress as a pirate and receive a dozen donuts. I went and purchased pirate gear from dollar tree and actually printed the eye patch from Krispy Kreme corporate web page for my kids, this manager advised that the eye patch was not apart of the pirate theme, but yet the having a sword which was not on the approved list from krispy Kreme is correct, and iI was also told that earrings were not approved. Well how many pirates have my kids seen that didnt have earrings, guess Jack Sparrow had it wrong. Do not take your kids to any of Krispy Kremes kid events they will leave dissapointed.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are great, but whats even greater was the customer service I received this morning at this location. I went to grab a couple of boxes for my internship and while I was at it, I used my birthday offer of a doughnut and coffee. Not only did they still allow me to use the offer despite not having been able to scan a bar code, they generously gave me another half dozen simply because I waited barely 5 minutes for my drive-thru order, even when they didnt have to. Thank you ladies, it was very kind of you. I will definitely be coming to this location again.

Im visting from Tennessee and I wanted some Hot donuts and as i was pulling off I decided to eat one them and they was not hot at all! The sign said "Hot and ready" and they were not . Then I pulled back around to tell them it wasnt hot , and the lady said it was in the hot box and that they couldnt make any fresh one after 9:45pm .

The worker for the front counter took her time coming to assist us after the worker servicing the drive thru greeted us promptly with a warm welcome and let her know that we were waiting. One of our favorite doughnuts wasnt even available. How do you run out of the most popular doughnuts on a Saturday morning???

Who doesnt love KK? I went on the super busy day that they were giving away a dozen donuts as a steal a few weeks ago. It was chaotic to say the least and I was impressed with how the staff kept their cool and werent annoyed at all us crazed donut eaters. Very professional.

I wanted to rate it a zero. They dont know the difference between a traditional and an old-fashioned donut, argued at the window that theyre the same thing, didnt offer a substitute. Will absolutely never return to any business with service that horrific.

This location does not do justice to the Krispy Kreme brand. They are not open on time. The service is slow at best, and every time I have stopped they are out of several different types of donuts. This will be my last time coming here.

The product is standard krispy kreme delicious, but this location specifically doesnt cater well to carry out. The divide and food is fine, just dont plan on walking in

Best doughnuts in town! My mom got glazed donuts for me and my brother! And one doughnut was covered with chocolate and I had it for breakfast!

The guys at the desk are amazing. Supper nice they are awesome. The Latte is delicious and obviously theyre donuts are life.
