We purchased a Sharp multi-function copier from SOS approximately 7 years ago. We originally leased and then purchased at end of term. Over the seven (7) years we have dealt with the Customer Service dept for various needs and they have always been courteous, professional and easy to work with. The main reason why we still continue to do business with them is due to this department. The manager, Rick Jimmerson, is top notch. He always addresses any concerns we may have promptly and takes the time to listen and work with you to ensure we are satisfied. Highly recommend SOS!
