Wednesday, Feb. 17, was my first time shopping for groceries at the Dublin Kroger store. While I had been in the store before, I had never bought groceries there. (I live in a small, nearby town) Since I had to be in Dublin anyway, I decided to try it out. I want to tell you, management, and employees, how very impressed I was with you! I could not believe the variety of items available in the store (did I mention Im from a very small town? *smile*), and the fact that the shelves were fully stocked. In fact, there were associates all over the store, constantly re-stocking, offering assistance, etc. The produce section alone blew me away! ALL of your employees were very friendly, stopping what they were doing to greet me, and asking if I needed assistance with anything. When I finished shopping, I was directed to an open register by a very nice cashier, who asked if I had found everything I needed. She was very efficient and had me checked out quickly! Little did I know, it was also "Senior discount" day, and along with the Kroger card I had loaded to my phone, I was more than pleased with my total bill. I have to say that having been in Kroger stores before with family members who were shopping (Macon), I was hesitant to shop here because there IS so much available. I was afraid I would spend too much! But, that was not the case, and I WILL be back. Though I live about 35 miles away, I have to come to Dublin fairly often for other reasons. Kroger will be a regular stop from now on. Oh, and it doesnt hurt that there is a Starbucks inside! *smile* Thank you for a great grocery shopping experience!

I love our local Kroger, but there parking is always crazy packed, which is understandable. I do however suggest for the "expecting mother" parking, there should be a personalized decal sticker or something from Kroger, that could be given to expected mothers to hang on the mirror. Every time I stop by I see males parking in these spots, along with others who do not appear as an expecting mother. I am just giving my opinion. I can handle walking to the furthest parking spot right now, but once I reach a certain month, is when I put my foot down.

bakery was very rude 2 weeks in a row now.Last week was my birthday and today is my sons. Both occaisions, I called to check on a cake.no help and was hung up on. Krogery bakery was too busy to be bothered. I still got a birthdaycake for my baby. no thanks to this one....p.s there was one sweet young lady I spoke to briefly, was very sweet but then the other lady was rude.

We love kroger ! Our favorite place to shop! We hated when they moved things around and ever since then things havent seemed as great! We miss the manager that use to meet and greet people in the isles! He was so friendly and helpful! Over all we still love kroger, just havent liked some of the changes...

At the checkout, I had two items that were large and did not need to be bagged. I also had two jars of baby food. When cashier finished ringing up the items, she handed me the two jars of baby food without bagging them. I had to ask the bag boy twice to put them on a bag. What was she thinking?

Great store! Worked there while in high school, and it was a great place to work. Quality is there with competitive prices. Self check out is great, but the clerks are speedy and helpful as well. Employees are always helpful and courteous. There are always enough lines open!
