I own a painting contracting company and spend a good amount of money at Sherwin buying paint and materials. On December of 2016 I bought a Graco 395 paint sprayer that costed me $900. A coupled months passed and the gun started to get jammed/stuck every time I needs to release it. Concerned about the issue I went back to the store to tell them what was happening and what they could do to help me with this situation. The manager at that store, who I have bought plenty of paint/materials before totally dismissed me and started to tell me I was lying to him. I kept trying explaining him what was happening with my poor English and thick accent and he kept dismissing me. I did not have enough English to argue back and explain that I did not do anything wrong with the gun and that the gun was malfunctioning, but he did not care. With a such reputable company It baffles me that you employ such people. They kept telling me I was tricking them... what is that?!? I paid $900 to use it for work and I do not have time to be lying or tricking anyone, my bills are paid on time at sherwin Williams and I deserve respect. I just want a machine gun that works so I can make my living. Tired of trying to explain or make them understand I ended up paying another one, money is not the issues here. The problem is much bigger than that, is the way I was treated and the way they talked to me. Made me feel like garbage. I am very disappointed on what kind of employees such a great and reputable company brings in. Please do your research before employing people with values. This review is not to be bashing the company is about the company knowing what kind of people are representing them. Thank you!

My husband and I came in to buy paint for our back deck. First, we were not greeted or spoken to by the three employees working. We started to pick out paint colors and were in there for at least 15 mins without a word said to us. Then, a female employee came up to us, and with an attitude asked if wed seen her phone. We said no, and she mumbled, "Well it was right here and yall were the only ones over here." Which was not true as there were other people in the store. She walked away and we stood there stunned. Then she went over to the other employees and started explaining how she thought we stole her phone. I walked up and told her that wed gladly let her search my purse (holding it open) and my husbands pockets. She then started yelling and cussing at us and getting in my face, now saying she never accused us of stealing it. The other employees just stood there. Thats when we turned around and walked out. I hope she found her phone and feels like an idiot now. I also hope they fired her for treating customers like that. Wish I would have called and told an owner but never did. This was a couple months ago. We will never be back.
