I just got back from Fleet Feet and not only did they save me an annoying commute to Buckhead (to visit a nameless big sporting goods store) - they took GREAT care of me. Lindsey measured me, watched me walk around so she could figure out exactly what kind of support my feet needed. Then she brought out two perfectly fitting types of shoes. I fell in love with the Mizunos and bought them immediately, but I know if I asked for more selections, she would have spent an hour trying different kinds on with me. These guys know their stuff, are super friendly and helpful, and had a stunning selection of not just shoes but a full store of running apparel and accessories. Ill definitely be back...:)

I purchased a pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet in August. Two months later, I realized the shoes werent for me. I walked back to the store, discussed my situation with the manager, and right away we were finding the right shoe me. The manager had no concern with the amount of wear I applied to the previous pair, he was focused only on my satisfaction. Fleet Feet is a great store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The in-store atmosphere is very pleasant, and the clothing/shoe selection is top notch. I am very, very satisfied with my whole customer experience with Fleet Feet and recommend this place to any runner who is looking for great shoes and even greater customer service.

I recently got some new running shoes at Fleet Feet in Decatur. The owner was extremely helpful in helping me select the correct shoes for me. He did some interesting measurements to determined how much my feet compress (not the right word) when I run and he identified which should would provide the correct amount of support for me. All and all, he really knows shoes and takes the time needed to find the right pair for you. I was really happy I went there, and happy to support a local, family owned business.

I like the knowledgeable and patient service. I was unsure of the type of shoe I needed and was concerned about getting the right advice, since Ive had some injuries. I got the information and answers I wanted as well as some great advice and recommendations. And a pair of shoes that seems to be what I needed. Great experience buying my sneaks with Clay at Fleet Feet. I havent ran since 2006 and it was going to be tough committing to start running again..... and new sneaks were going to ease that pressure. Fleet Feet Decatur has outfitted my entire family for years, finding the right shoes and gear for all of us, from newbie middle-aged jogger to teen long-distance runner. The selection is great, and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. The owner is a generous supporter of fitness events and programs for local youth and adults. Love this store!

I bought a pair of running shoes here believing I was supporting a local Atlanta business. In fact before I purchased the shoes I even clarified to make sure and was told they were local to the area. Now, three weeks laters I passed another fleet feet half way across the country. The advice was helpful but I wont be purchasing from here again

Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable associates, top quality brands. Id live there if I could!..........I wouldnt be much trouble at all either. All Id need is a blanket and a pillow, Id sleep right on the treadmill. (The latter was a joke, however, everything regarding the customer service was true.)

The Customer Service is the best, the staff know what they are talking about and can recommend the right shoes. This has improved my walking and posture, as well as reduced my foot pain by having the right shoes! I just purchased my third and fourth pair of shoes, and Ill be back for more when these wear out!

My favorite running place. With all the things they do for/in the community, how could you not love this place. The customer service is top notch and I dont go anywhere else for my running needs. My only qualm about this place is the lack of Nike shoes.
