Absolutely terrible!!!!!! I waited for about an hour after finally being talked to and waiting. When they finally took me back to get my piercing the girl was nice and comforted me until she got the needle out... when she had the needle ready to pierce me she readjusted it probably 5-6 times and finally just went ahead and pierced my belly button. The needle went through and as she was pulling the belly ring through the needle she realized she had pierced it too high that it wouldnt go through my skin because it was so thick. She hassled with it for a while and it hurt really bad and was bleeding. Finally an expierced piercer came over and pulled the needle out and re-peirced it completely over again. When I got home I took a better look at it and realized it was completely crooked but let it be for about a month until I took it out because it was so infected because they didnt sterilize their tools. So bottom line, dont come here unless you want them price your skin with un-steirilized tools and to pierce it twice and it turn out infected and waste your money.

I finally decided to get my Microdermals that Ive wanted for a long time. I was terrified, but more importantly I wanted to find a shop that I felt comfortable going to. When I called Killer Ink Ms. Heather answered the phone, I spoke to her briefly about what I wanted and she told me I could come in later that afternoon. When I walked in I was terrified, Im pretty sure everyone could see it. They made me feel super comfortable there, like I was part of the shop. Heather was EXTREMELY nice and friendly! I would recommend her to anyone. She first sat me down and asked if I had any questions, I was too afraid to even know. I just asked if it would hurt. She told me it depends on my pain tolerance. Perfect answer! She did them pretty quickly although one is always worse then the other! No bleeding! No bruising! Despite the pain, and maybe some unorthodox comments that I may have made due to the pain, she did a fantastic job! The Dermals themselves are level, and square! Through the whole process she was completely reassuring!

I wanted to check out and try Killer Ink tattoos since I read good reviews about it. I had the 1st morning appointment at 12:30 and even showed up early. Apparently their internet was down and I ended up waiting over an hour. Then, I asked the artist to design my lettering font for my tattoo trusting he would design something creative and good; the lettering for my tattoo font was very basic designed, customized through Microsoft fonts. THEN, when it came to pricing I was quoted $150-180, I overheard my artist talking to the front desk to upp my pricing due only to the placement. He then quoted $220. THEN they couldnt take credit cards because theyre credit card machine was also down, and asked me to go to the bank and get money and come back. I was really upset in the first place MY OWN ARTIST who was going to do my tattoo tried to get a higher price out of me. I had a headache by the end of everything and ended up going to Creative Minds and Tattoos.

Horrible experience. I went to get a tattoo and the "artist" decided to add a background that I did not ask for without first asking or consulting with me. What I ended up with was horrible, and I did not like at all. They have yet to give me my money back and I am doubting they will, even though I did not receive the service that I paid for. After tying to discuss with them what could be done to fix it they were very difficult to deal with. I felt as if they could have cared less about me at all. I would receive different answers or excuses from them each time I went to try and work something out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went to another tattoo parlor to fix my tattoo. There I was treated very well, and they helped me like they were the business who messed up my tattoo. I even learned while I was there, that they do a lot of cover-ups for people that have got tattoos at Killer Ink.

I will not go to any other place. I have been getting tattoos and piercings at this shop for 10 years. Never have even had to get a touch up and always have walked out beyond happy. Typically I have an idea of what I want when I walk in. I tell the artist and they draw me up something that is better than anything I could have imagined. I recommend all my friends to this shop, especially my "virgin" friends. the artists are very caring and really care about their customers. Brought a friend in that wanted a tattoo and they talked her out of it because of what it would look like in 10 years. Not to many places would turn down work because they dont want someone to regret it a decade later. Extremely clean. Very professional. Id rate it higher than 5 stars if I were able.

My husband and I have been to Killer Ink to get tattoos and tattoo cover ups done by Will Turner and they are all awesome looking. I have actually referred a few of my friend to Killer Ink to get their tattoos done and their tattoos look great.My husband and I are going back today to each get one more tattoo done with Will. They had to build a ramp so I could get up the step tp go to where the stations are. THE PEOPLE that work there arevery nice and friendly and the place is spqcious enough so I can get around in there because I am in a wheelchair. I would recomend anyone their to get either a tattoo or a body piercing done. I LOVE KILLER INK TATTOOS AND BODY PIERCING!!! I will continue to go their if I get another tattoo done. Thanks Killer Ink, you are the best!!!

This is honestly the best tattoo studio that Ive been to. The shop is extremely clean and well maintained. You can tell that the artists pay special attention to sanitization, which is something I always keep my eye on when getting a tattoo. The atmosphere is welcoming and the customer service is great. Alvin is a very talented artist and great to talk to. He really makes the tattooing process as enjoyable as it can be. He was also very willing to work with me on a custom design. I cant really speak for the other artists because I havent gotten any work done by them, but its evident that everyone at the shop holds themselves at a high standard, so you wont be disappointed with anyone there. My friends have also been happy with the piercings they have gotten here.

I would 10/10 recommend this place - everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I have gotten two tattoos from them and both times I was treated very well and the tattoos came out exactly how I wanted them. My first tattoo was done by Ryan and he not only did it perfect to how I wanted it but he was very kind and walked me through the process since it was my first one. My second tattoo was done by Will. Even though I didnt have an appointment, Will accommodated me and did my tat almost immediately to fit my schedule. He also did an amazing job on my tattoo. And I have to say that the ladies that work in the office and at the front desk are extremely helpful and probably not recognized enough. Keep up the good work!
