I bought a dozen donuts on my way home from work. When I walked out, the wind caught the box lid, blew it open and then the whole box out of my hands. It scattered half my donuts on the pavement and mangled the rest. I went back inside and told the guy what had happened. I asked if I could just buy enough to fill in for the ones that fell on the pavement. He said sure, took the box and looked at them. He said, Im just going to give you all new ones. I told him he didnt need to because the others were still good, just mangled. He said, no, I want to treat my customers right,and gave me a whole new box. Its really hard to find good customer service these days and I really appreciate what the employee did for me. I will definitely be a returning customer.

First time inside of a Kripsy Kreme getting their fresh donuts. Tried the original, since Ive only been able to get them from a gas station 40 miles from where I used to live. The original from this one wasnt as good as the Kripsy Kreme donuts form that gas station, so I bought a dozen with Boston Creams (what theyre called in New England), lemon filled, and some chocolate covered with sprinkles. Theres barely any custard in the Boston Creams and theres next to no lemon filling in their lemon filled donuts. Not coming back, and I dont recommend. Also, the coffee tastes terrible no matter how much cream and sugar you put in it.

A regular treat for my family. When I want donuts I come here, coffee from another place. If you like really fresh coffee, not the place for you. The donuts though, smash all other competitors period. Theyre always super fast and friendly at the drive thru. Even give my girls bakers hats to have lol... So cute.

Gave us the wrong donuts they were rude and when i called to complain and tell them to switch the donuts they didnt answer the phone....Question: What black person u know eats rasberry jelly filled donuts huh....Answer:No one

They do not honor the free doughnut/hot fresh sign. Do not come expecting good coffee or good customer service. But it is still a Krispy Kreme (and the only one in town) which is the only reason I give 2 stars.

Very very rude staff of girls. I came in with a coupon that they would not honor and then she charges me twice for a drink. Not very bright. My family wont be back.
