HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After attempting to order food online through the panera app for 30 minutes to no avail, i called in to place a pick up order. It was approximately 7:30am and Andrew answered the phone. After i asked to place an order for pick up, there was a sigh and i was placed on hold for 2-3 minutes. He finally came back to the phone and asked what i wanted to order. As i proceeded to tell him the name of the salad i wanted, he cut me off to say "we dont have that!" I then began to name the ingredients in the salad and he says "oh you mean...".....I was off by one word! Being as though he is an employee who hopefully reviews the menu every single day, he couldve simply provided better customer service as he is paid to do and said "im sorry im not familiar with the item youre referring to, but maybe you mean..." Moving on, i proceeded to continue with my order only to finish and be told that they are really trying to refrain from taking over the phone orders and that orders should be placed online. I explained to him that i did attempt to order online for 30 minutes prior to calling and had no luck. His attitude was nowhere near friendly, he lost a sale for his particular store, and is now receiving an honest review exposing his lack luster customer service. I work in healthcare (customer service). There are tons of ways that Andrew couldve handled this situation better. Its not always about what you say, but how you say it. I hope that soon he receives training in how to treat, speak to, and assist potential customers. Stop taking life so personal and live. You never know who is on the other end of the phone, what they are going through, nor how your negative persona may affect them in a negative way. I am not bashing Panera, but Andrew at this store needs to do better.

I went into panera at around 10am in the north Druid hills area. Im a patient man but Im shocked at this experience. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and found that they had not made any eggs yet. As the back staff yelled at each other they made the eggs. An old couple ordered oat meal and when it finally arrived, 15 minutes later, they were told that oat meal "takes time to defrost". I have no idea what that means. These guys are untrained and unprofessional. I got my bacon egg and cheese approx 25-30 minutes later and left.

I come here a lot, food is always good, staff is typically friendly but the front cashier this morning is not the greatest, she seems in charge but she is being very short and impatient, shes trying but not with a smile or a friendly tone. Poor thing is obviously having a bad day and is doing all she can to be polite. Its not working, seems rude.

My overall experience is mixed because my meal was great but the appearance of the restaurant was full of dirty tables. This location seemed under staffed for a Saturday afternoon. The womans restroom needed a little attention. I was disappointed by the uncleanness of this location but it will not deter but love of Panera restaurants.

Slowest panera I have ever been to. Dysfunctional. On multiple occasions I have had to wait over 25 minutes to receive my order, and this was during non peak times. I watched multiple frustrated patrons stand and wait, while the staff behind the counter was yelling at each other.

This Panera is fantastic! My company places catering orders with them for breakfast and lunch many times per month and it is always accurate and wonderful! There have been a few instances that we called last minute and they have bent over backwards to help us in a crunch!

I live in the area and I come here a few times a month and its never clean. As in the tables are always never clean and the floors have food around the table where customers have ate. I would never sit in here to eat. The employees are usually pleasant though.

You can hardly even feel the lunch rush now that they have finished the new edition! The manager is great, always making sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is pleased. If only summer corn chowder was on the menu throughout the entire year!

The worst experience and customer service Ive ever encountered at a Panera. The Manager was just as terrible as the incompetent employees and she was the one that managed to screw up our order twice in the same instance. Wont be back.

Arrived at 9:45 for breakfast. Clerk was too busy drinking behind the counter to acknowledge me. I had to get her attention. They had run out od soufles and refused to make anymore. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Not happy.

The slowest Panera Bread I have ever visited. If it wasnt for the WiFi and the Smokehouse Turkey Panini, Id go elsewhere. This is based on several visits. The cashiers slow their flow.
