Went to Sephora because Ive really been needing to upgrade my eyeshadow brushes for about 10 years. I had done some research online regarding the Sephora Pro Brushes line. I knew which brushes I wanted to buy, while I was there, I also wanted to check out some eyeshadow palettes and plumping lip gloss. I walked in after work with my sharp looking dress clothes on, jewelry, heels, handbag and my makeup and hair done. I looked like I was ready to spend some serious cash. NOT ONE PERSON asked if I needed to be helped. I actually looked at some displays mindlessly, just watching out of the corner of my eye to see if anyone was going to offer their assistance. Nothing. 4 female employees, sitting around the makeover area, gossiping and chatting about bullcrap. Finally I approached one of them and asked if she could help me locate some brushes. Mind you, Sephora brushes range from $20-40 EACH!! She couldve been making a killing off of me. Instead, she sighed, looked at the others who giggled, then she rolled her eyes and asked me in a fake voice if I was having trouble understanding the use of the brushes. I told her the brushes that I wanted to buy were not displayed and I asked if they had any stocked in the drawers underneath (I know thats where they replenish their stock). She said, "whatever is out on display, is what we have, did you need something else from me?" She had no other solutions. Didnt offer an alternative suggestion, she couldnt have run away from me quicker. At this point I was just disgusted by the attitude from the WHOLE STORE. They clearly dont want sales. I left. I probably wouldve dropped nearly $300 in there in one sitting. Their loss. Ill go somewhere else, where they appreciate my hard-earned money. Someone needs to look at these reviews and give that store a major lesson in customer service.

The employees in this sephora are ridiculous & incompetent. I went in about a week ago to return a item, the girl at the register seemed to not know a thing about how to do a return. She was very slow. After the return went through I noticed I was given only $26 on a sephora gift card when I was supposed to get back $41!! I asked her why it was only $26 and she said they couldnt give it to me full price without the receipt in hand. (The prior week I had returned another item and it had gone fine without a receipt). Then another Sephora women came up saying "We usually consult the costumer before going on with the return letting them know they may not always get back a full refund, we are sorry that this was miss-informed". The girl who rung me up then said "Oh yeah sorry my bad I forgot to say something about that". After this experience I will not be returning to this store. I feel like this was a covert way to take advantage of costumers by not giving them there money back, I literally lost $15....

There was a girl that works night shifts and she was very rude, she acted like I was stupid and then asked me to grab a gift card for her when she was checking someone out who was buying a gift card because she couldnt walk 4 feet to get it herself even though shes being paid for the job, and I would have been fine doing so if she was nice, but she was anything but nice that I dont want to return to this location even though theres no other Sephora near. They also messed up my beauty point sand overall made my experience not fun and injoyable. They also made sly remarks about how I kept coming back after walking around jcpennies for an its because I wasnt sure what I was gonna buy yet. There is one girl that works day usually though whos tall with blonde hair and shes the sweetest girl ever and I think shes the only reason this location doesnt have a rating of 2 stars. If u run into her your lucky because shes an angle.

Youre much better off buying Sephora products online and returning them in person to this location if you dont like them. Good luck trying to get any customer service at this location. If the girls dont think youre "worthy" of their time they wont help you, they only care about selling whatever brand/special/thing Sephora is pushing that month. Most of these girls dont know what theyre doing applying make-up so dont bother there. They also dont know anything about skin care and will read you exactly what it says on the box if you ask what it does and how it will help you. The staff is blatantly rude/prejudiced, unless youre young and wearing a full face dont expect to be treated well. Maybe if this store had better management it would improve but I sincerely doubt it.

The employees are not very helpful AT ALL! They would rather be standing around gossiping than doing their job. I only want to come here if I really need something. Otherwise, if you want to go to a Sephora that really cares about you, I highly suggest Citrus Park Mall. They are very helpful and can recommend products to you. I hope the manager of the Wiregrass Sephora looks at who he or she is hiring.

I do have issues sometimes here with what they suggest for color match, but there is a lady that works here that is very nice during the day shift. She is always helpful. I just called in for pricing and I could tell it was her. She gave me sizes and pricing for an in stock item and was very helpful. I could tell from her voice it was her. Good customer service is not dead!

I usually dont come to this location unless I can help it, Id rather make the extra 30 min drive to Brandon. The employees are, for the most part, incompetent and I rarely get asked if I need help. I always need to go track them down if I need anything.
