Very disappointed in my last visit to Nutrition Smart. A coworker and I decided to head in during our lunch break to check out their new juice bar. There were no other patrons there at the time, yet 15 minutes after ordering our smoothies they were still not done (despite us ordering the same thing, meaning they only used one blender) and our lunch break was almost over. Just as my coworker began to tell me she was thinking of asking for her money back we noticed one of the two juice bar workers walking towards us with a smoothie. We were relieved to be getting out of there finally, until she sets down the smoothie behind the register. Clearly this was for an employee and took precedence over the customers. My coworker then went over to her and told her she would like a refund so she can leave, she was then told the manager would need to come over. He came over quickly but offered no apology and actually got defensive with her. I was then given my smoothie, 20 minutes after I ordered it at the same counter, and we left. To top it off my $8-9 smoothie was terrible and I ended up throwing it away almost completely full. I wish this is where my bad experience ended, because Ive shopped at this location for 2 years and the Carrolwood location previous to that, but unfortunately it is not. I wrote the company to let them know what happen and that they need better management over their store and juice bar operation, but a week passed with no response. I still wanted to give them a chance, so I sent them a message on facebook. They responded saying I would be hearing from them through my email soon. Nothing ever came. This is bad news for the Wesley Chapel Nutrition Smart, especially since the expansion of Wiregrass will most likely include the addition of another health conscious grocer, such as Whole Foods or Trader Joes.

I use to love to get vegetables here but lately there selection has been awful! You should have seen the mango I got there, it was all brown inside! Fruits and vegetables shouldnt look perfect and ripe on the outside and rotten on the inside, something sketchy about that! To me it appears they dont have enough business to cycle their products, Then if you try to bring it back to exchange it without a receipt the best they can do it, "I can throw it away for you". Im sorry but I usually dont keep my grocery receipt because I didnt plan on having to return my perfectly looking produce. I even emailed corporate and they failed to get back to me. I refuse to go back and waste my money and deal with awful customer service. Ill drive the extra miles to go to Trader Joes where I get fantastic produce, awesome customer service and they always accept returns!

This is my first time to the WC location. I usually go to the one on Dale Mabry. I went in early, not many customers around. The lady at the checker was absolutely friendly. Made sure to turn, smile, and say hi! Thanks DeAzia you were awesome! Then, I went to find my supplement and couldnt find it. I waited while the worker finished helping another customer, at least thats what I thought she was doing. I kept walking back and forth so she could see me. . .finally I start to walk up to her and see that her and another co-worker are having a personal conversation. I didnt have to waste 10+ mins if they would have been doing their job instead of socializing.

I really wanted to like this place. I gave it several opportunities, educating the cashiers when they didnt know what the cantaloupe I wanted purchasing was and receiving extremely thick shakes. But today I got a month chocolate smoothie that had banana and date as the base- they didnt know to pit the dates, so I had inedible date seed chunks in every sip. it took almost half an hour for them to make it and ring me up so I didnt bother going back- and never will. Save yourself a headache and make the trip to Abbys or Whole foods.

I have personally been there several times.....the selection and pricing are good,but it takes forever to check out.The cashiers cant seem to handle any problems creating long lines....and when a manager opens another line he lets people come from the rear of the line instead of taking care of the customer that has been patiently waiting.Sooo i have better things to do with my life and will not be back

Absolutely the most poorly stocked, overpriced so-called health store, inept, unfriendly staff. No choice for now in the area, but I long for the day a REAL health store opens. Just yesterday I was there, presented my $5.00 off coupon, and today I notice it wasnt deducted from my bill, typical! I posted 1 star only because the review wont post if you dont, but I would rather give minus 5 stars.

They have an amazing chocolate selection. I know- you looked up a health food store and Im talking about chocolate. What can I say- it stands out. They also have salt lamps- again Im commenting on the odd stuff but I love the warm glow of salt lamps! I buy the childrens ACF immunity support whenever there is a bug going around the school. It helps a lot and Ive only seen it at Nutrition SMart.

Thier prices are the best yet!!! The staff was helpful and the cafe is fast & delicious woth a large array of choices. Thier sandwhies are better than a Publix sandwhich. And they have everything vitamin related also.

The workers here are so knowledgeable and so so helpful! There are experts in every department. They also have a wonderful luncheon counter with organic and healthy choices and two flavors of kombucha on tap.
