I have eaten at vegan takeout for several years and bought in date and out of date food from Pat for a while. I have never gotten sick not even once. I have eaten the cheese, hot dogs and I love the Gardein hot pockets plus all kinds of packages and prepared food. PAT is always helping out the community save money and Frosty Carr if you just went vegan, you dont know what vegan food really tastes like. The Field Roast Hot Dogs are meaty and full of herbs. The Gardein pockets have a very clean taste. The cheese is very light and flavorful. Pat always informs her customers if something is expired and gives a discount and offers to replace or refund anything you buy. WHERE DO YOU GET THAT KIND OF SERVICE??? Pat told me she offered you a refund and a ride to the hospital and you didnt want Pat to come to your house and then Pat told you to call 911, if you and your family including your children were throwing up in the bathroom on the floor, WHY DID YOU REFUSED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL? Pat told you she would call her insurance company the next morning. Pat has helped many people that couldnt afford to feed their families at times. The prices are good for everyone. I came in later Wednesday night after you called Pat and I had the same food. I know you work for Frontier at the Walmart on Nebraska and Bearss and I hope you are more honest with your customers you sell service to. I have to ask another question, if the food smelled strange, WHY DID YOU EAT IT? OH, WAIT, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW FOOD POISONING USUALLY HAPPENS ABOUT 12 HOURS AFTER CONSUMPTION. . SHAME ON YOU, SIR! And I am not a vegan or vegetarian.

This is one of the best small businesses in Tampa, FL. I have never gotten sick from any of the products I have purchased and I have always been impressed with the quality of the meals. All of Pats dishes are full of flavor and she is extremely generous with the servings. This past Wednesday, September 7th 2016 I enjoyed some delicious Field Roast Frankfurters with homemade chili. They were not expired or tainted even though a customer called in and said that they were the reason his family became ill. I will forever be a loyal customer, Pat and Tom are like family to me. I have known them both for over two years and I frequently buy their products and eat there at least once a week. Support small businesses and the vegan community!!

I get my absolute favorite smoothie, banana, peanut butter, almond milk and cinnamon every time i stop by and the othe day i tried a #field roast burger with chao creamy cheese. What a surprise for a carnivore! I know Ill try more vegan food. I been coming to Tom and Pats place since 2010 and Im part of the family. The food is good and fresh. Pat always makes great meals. I know Malcolm AKA Frosty Carr, Pat wouldnt sell anything that she wouldnt eat herself. She has saved the neighborhood some money when things were tight. Shes fed more people for free than you will ever know and doesnt expect anything in return. I have to question your motivation through all of this. I wish you well, dude.

I was excited to get some food here because I recently decided to go vegan. I got $22 worth of food. Cooked it up. The smell and taste was horrible and my girlfriend started feeling sick so, we checked the expiration dates on all the food. Everything was 1-3 month expired! Disgusting! I called the Owner of the store and she said she discounted everything because she knew it was expired! I was not informed of that. One item didnt even have an expiration date! Pretty sure that is illegal to sell items that old..

For being a health store, you would think the owner would be a little happier in life. Extremely rude! She yelled at us that she wasnt open even though we called a few minutes before and spoke to her about hours. She refused to make a sales and in turn we took our business elsewhere. This store deserves to go out of business with the terrible customer service. I am grateful I didnt buy anything there, I couldnt imagine the quality of products. DONT TRUST

Ive been eating at Natural Detox Nutrition Shoppe since they opened! I love the friendly environment that the owner Pat gives to the place. The food is on a whole other level!! I love the gardein burgers, the chocoholic chocolate cake, vegan shrimp wraps and everything else they have! Great food, and awesome vibez!
