This place is a joke! I went in with 175 bucks in gift certificates and a fella with his lip pierced laid on the couch texting on his phone said he wouldnt do anything for it. We stood there amazed as he just texted away on his phone. My friend and I left and decided to come back later to try another person there thinking we just got a cranky douche. Well when we came back in another guy approached the counter and we explained to him what we wanted whichwas a simple outline of oklahoma. One line. With a dot on the city we came from. The douche on the couch kept yelling over us as we tried to explain ourselves. He had to look up oklahoma, as he did not even know it was a state much less which town we were from. He agreed to do it only if douche on couch would do the other. We explainedwe wanted to tip so if he could charge us less we would leave them the rest. They said they dont get the money anyways so it doesnt matter. So now the amazing part. They talkedto eachother and decided to race to see who could do it quickest! Well when they were done racing i had a paper think outline of oklahoma and a dot in the random center of the state. No where close to the city we are from and where I specifically pointed out. Sad sad place and the kids in three have no business in such a professional area. I will continue to bring up this place as the worst tattoo shop in America.

I feel i need to write a review to set some of these records straight theses guys at Fat Ink @ Wiregrass mall NOT Sarasota Mall as one wrote a review for are nothing but professional they are artists and they value their work and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied i have 4 tattoos done by two of the artist there and love them they came out better than i could imagine . I in fact just had a tattoo done today and love it ! now yes there may have been bad experiences in the past but the shop is under new ownership and I know for a fact the lack in customer service that some of these people speak of is just untrue disgruntled people who thought they could get quality work for cheap and didnt like what was told to them . I know that if you go in there you will walk out a happy customer and if you do have a complaint you should address it to the owner Fozzi or his Wife whom works there too and it will be settled professionally , after all that the Art is good the Work is Good and the guys and gals there are Excellent ! I will be a repeat customer till i run out of room on my body !!!

Straight to the Point Piercing Review: Mikey is awesome, knowledgeable and professional--very happy customer! Extended Piercing Review: My sister and I saw Mikey for some ear piercings. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was also willing to explain anything I had questions about and able to do so in terms that I would understand. He gave his opinions when "selling" us jewelry but not in a way that I felt pressured but in an honest way he literally said: "I can put this cheap piece of metal in your ear if you want me to but I really dont want to" and it felt as if he wasnt trying to sell me more expensive jewelry but truly looking out for my well being--this was especially important to me since I was kind of nervous about re-piercing my lobes after sixteen years of closure. If I wanted more piercings I would definitely return to Mikey but I most certainly would recommend him for your piercing needs.

Very disappointed with the staff. I went in on my quick break from work to pick up a piercing. I was practically convinced on how the size of the piercing i wanted wouldnt correspond. i trusted them, as they are professionals and bought it. It ended up being what i did not want. So i went back in to get a different size, instead of being polite and treating your customers with all your care and accommodating to my issue, as thats what customer service is all about. Kc did nothing about it and just sold me the other one for the same price. spent over $20 for a basic piercing. I am so sad about this cause i always come when i get the chance. hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. something so small became something soo disappointing.

i got a tattoo and a piercing done here. On friday the 13th. the place was packed but they made sure noone waited to long. My belly button piercing looks amazing and the woman that did it even walked me through it so i wouldnt feel nervous. When I got my tattoo on the same day, my artist made me feel comfertable. I had a dress on so i had to pull it up so he could get to my back. he made no sexual comments and made sure i was okay with the idea of him seeing me in my "delicate" stage. he did a great job on my tattoo and even free handed it.I only paid $13 for my tattoo. which i think is a fair price. they even have a deal for buy one get one piercings. They treated me as if my body is my art canvas and did everything that i asked.

Fat ink tattoo in wiregrass...I know this is a tattoo shop but come on. These people are so unprofessional. I paid a $50 deposit for Chazz to draw a simple tattoo. When I got there he had drawn something completely different than what I had asked and it looked like he spent 5 minutes drawing it. My child can draw better than that. As Im waiting for him to draw it again I hear them throwing the "N" word around like its nothing. I have never heard so many racist comments in my life. I got up and walked out. Then he starts texting and calling me telling me Im losing my deposit. Then sends me an email calling me a "dumbass". I would never go to these people again.

This place should be called Fat Lie Tattoo, the artists promise to work with you to achieve your vision, but then treat you like an ungrateful prick if you have any questions or concerns about their drawings. Lets be clear, its THEIR terms you are on, not yours, even though you are the one paying money. In some cases that would be fine, but there is very little flexibility and lots of tude from these self-absorbed prima donnas. I think are really just bitter because they are basically working at a mall.

I got my navel piercing done here by Justin. He was great! Very knowledgeable and all around a chill guy. I was nervous cause i had a very bad experience with getting my ears pierced and he kept me calm and relaxed. Made it quick and as painless as he could make it. He knows his stuff and wouldnt let you get something that would mess up the area. My best friend has gotten her first two piercings (ear lobe and daith) done here and said they were great! She was the one that recommended them to me.

Great place, bar none. The bad reviews are either outdated or just plain wrong. Customer service is great, and the staff are extremely talented. Riley, the piercer, is exceptionally good at what she does and I highly recommend her. If you dont believe it then go in and check the place out for yourself, it couldnt hurt (well, the tattoo or piercing youll get after youre impressed might, but still worth it). Best shop in Wesley Chapel (and Tampa), great staff too, Ill definitely be back .
