Extremely Unprofessional at the Elyria location. My wife was supposed to get a tattoo but I arranged it as a surprise for her birthday (had already discussed it for years). Made an appointment to bring her in about 3-4 weeks in advance. Had no exact design picked but knew the theme she wanted and the artist had both my phone number and email and was going to get back to me (so he said multiple times). Never any communications, plus he had asked for a deposit in case we decided to back out. I have several tattoos and was never asked for deposits in advance. Will be showing up in a few days to ask for the deposit back. Will never come to this company again!

Do not get a tattoo from this place, I have an existing tattoo that I needed outlined and the result was hidious, every inch is uneven its elementary tracing, certain area is thin some are thick and outside the existing tattoo. Its over charge $180 to get no quality bs work. Artist name is Jose in Elyria branch and have tried to contact the owner in all the branches and left my info to get back to me but never returned my call. Go someplace else do not make the same mistake of comming here.

Great place !!! Went through google made it through 6 places and none could do what wanted .. Rie did my dermal and sold me to leave deposit to get half sleeve connected . Came back 3 days later to connect my sleeve AMAZING WORK ! JUST LET HIM DO HIS ART ! Nice to find a place to get it all :)

Got my first tattoo here today. I walked in with out an appointment and they helped me walk out with a great tattoo that I love for a great price. I had Aaron Teves and he did a great job. Great artist and good personality. He was a really nice guy. Great experience. Thank you Aaron!

everyone there does a good job and super friendly. I got two tattoos from zack and wont go anywhere else. they also do great piercing my friend got his nips done and there and they did a wonderful job. all and all a great place and a good experience.

Its always nice when you have an appointment to get some work done, take time out of your day, only to show up and find your guy called off and didnt even bother to inform you that your appointment was cancelled .Im done with this place!

Not Me

Very clean and a little professional. Everyone seemed like they knew what they were doing. This is the only place Ill go to get piercings and tattoos. So far I have had 2 piercings and one tattoo done here and all were pleasant.

Amateurs, and beginners work here. Thats why they have good prices. Because of that, quality is iffy and a gamble. Theyre not terrible though, just less experienced than the pros.
