My husband and I have been using Eye Site of Pasco for many years. We have been extremely satisfied with everyone we have come into contact with. Between the two of us, we have been treated by the three opthalmologists, Dr. Lusk, Dr. Sheets, and Dr. Knauf. All three have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. My husband had both eyes corrected for cataracts and had lens implants done, as well, under Dr. Knaufs excellent surgical hands. The outcome was perfect and the after care follow-up was wonderful. In recent years, I have gone from never wearing glasses, to needing them for various tasks. After comprehensive eye exams done by knowledgeable technicians, and then by the doctors themselves, I was offered many different options for glasses. The eye glass choices were explained to me in full detail, and my myriad of questions answered with great patience. I chose a progressive lens for my glasses, as well as reading glasses. One of the places at the mall was having what seemed like a great deal...2 pairs of glasses for the price of one, and the ability to return them if the customer did not like them for any reason. I chose to have my prescription filled by the place at the mall. After 3 weeks of being unable to get used to the progressives, I took the glasses back to the mall store. They were true to their advertising, and I was given a full refund. I went back to Eye Site, explained the situation to Dr. Knauf. He told me there are different qualities of lenses and suggested I try his opticians. I did. When I put the progressive glasses on, it felt as if I had been wearing them for my whole life! I did not need any time to "adjust" to them. Our total experiences at Eye Site of Pasco have been positive. The people who have answered the phone have been polite and helpful in setting up appointments for us, the technicians knew what they were doing, and the doctors are first class. The two opticians we have seen, Tom and Alan, have been wonderful in helping us find the right kind of glasses to fit our faces and our budget. My husband and I are so pleased that we have found a local place that caters to its patients with knowledge and compassion. Trinity is lucky to have Eye Site of Pasco in its hometown.

I was a returning patient after a few years of absence. Could not believe the change in demeanor. What was once a very caring and very professional but personalized practice seems to have disappeared. They have expanded greatly, which is understandable for a good practice, but something definitely has gotten lost in this growth and it has become more like a corporation rather than a medical practice. But what I mostly dont understand is why the reviews are all over the place, is it because of what insurance you have is the care you receive? If so then this practice has failed in its meaning.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they get through all the people that are waiting to see a doctor and yet they do not seem to rush you through the process. After going to St Lukes, which is WAY too big and is more like an eye factory, Eye Site is a refreshing change of pace.

This place actually hung up on me while I was still on the line after she rambled on about some insurance crap that most people do not understand . You get better service at the mall doctor. What I do not understand is how the are still in business.
