Wicked sports is definitely a prestigious company. The customer service is beyond amazing, going the extra mile just to make someones day better or even cracking a joke a to make your day better. Wicked sports also has proven to have the best tech skills you can find and lucky enough to be in central Florida. The store is kept extremely clean and very professional. The sales staff can be classified as some of the most knowledgeable people you could ever ask a question. Helping you from your first set up all the way to minor things people done think about. Last but not least, the owner and GM. He is on the smartest and intelligent people you will ever meet. Definitely a person that you need in the Paintball community these days. He has made this company in to a huge stapel in the Paintball community in Florida but within the United States and beyond. TL:DR: Wicked sports is there for you and will help you with literally anything and provides kind and useful service along the way.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered a pair of googles back in February, and had it shipped. It did not arrive after several weeks, so i contacted them. I was told it was shown as delivered and I should contact the post office. I went to usps, and they said the business should file a claim. Well Wicked Sports said I would have to file a claim with PayPal. So, two months later i finally find out my claim had been denied. I called WS and they WONT DO ANYTHING! I have never had a business refuse to rectify a situation. My boyfriend is a frequent customer, and I have purchased things as well, and this is the treatment in return.

Customer service was outstanding I ordered a PE fr barrel back. It came from mfg defective the adapter was like stuck on barrel and could not lossen it. ( not wickeds fault just a faulty item it happens) I emailed them and with in 10 minutes they responded. The next day they sent a new one to me. This was awesome they responded quick and no argument needed. You can tell they really appreciate the customer here. Definitely will order from them again. S.A.S WI.

Its so far one of those places where they talk to you like a friend. The policies like the returns or stuff like that may not be the best ones on my opinion BUT The best costumer service I have ever had. I have gone here like 3 or 4 times already, and im telling you the guys there are really nice people. I feel like Im from the family now and they know me very well. Thanks for been such a great place and keep it like that.

Wicked sports is the best pro paintball shop in the Tampa Bay Area. They have Excellent with customer service and as well as knowledge about the sport. They have everything in the shop that youll need. Not to mention when you buy paintballs there they actually open the box and check it to make sure there isnt any broken balls and if there is they just swap out the bag for another one. Id recommend them to anyone!

Great place and very friendly staff. I came in this past Friday looking for Airsoft gear and I was able to buy a Lipo Battery charger. Even though they didnt have alot of Airsoft merchandise yet they were nice enough to refer me to another place that did and even looked them up and gave us directions as we were from out of town to begin with. Thank you so much!

I had an old (18) year old gun I wanted fixed for a laugh at a corporate pball event. Needed all seals changed out and was going to be week and a half before they could fit it in. Event was in two days so they broke it down on the spot and got me up and running. Had an awesome day because of them and the guys working there were awesome. Highly recommend!

Huge store with great prices. They have an amazing online component and are probably one of the, if the not the best paintball stores in Florida. Staff are willing to go the extra mile and are very knowledgeable. Definitely check this store out if you are just starting and need some advice or if you are looking to get some new gear. A++++

I went into Wicked Sports today and this store has a great selection of newer and older equipment. Wicked Sports is also a repair place that holds parts from every model from every brand. And the customer service was amazing, they explained how to maintain my new paintball marker and they even programmed my friends gun

I normally dont post reviews, but this place deserves it. Top notch customer service. When I purchased my gun, they took an additional 20 minutes to show me how to service it. They also carry everything related to paintball. Will be making my purchases from her from now on!
