This place is great! Except when it gets busy. If you come in and theres a long line get ready to wait 30 minutes to get one cup of coffee and something to eat. Obviously the food comes out faster than the coffee because they just have to heat up the food. So I pay, they give me the food almost right away. Now time to wait for coffee, which shouldnt take long to make. I watched everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off, scrambling to take peoples order yet so disorganized. No one was aware of what the other one was doing so two couldve been making the same coffee for the same person. I knew exactly who was in front of me and when they got their order I anticipated mine next. When one of the employees says "caramel machiato" and puts the cup down, I grab it because thats what I ordered. However there was no name on my cup. Ive been waiting so long and am running late to work I decide to take the cup and not ask. I take a sip and coffee tastes awful. Yikes. This has never happened when they ARENT busy. When I took a closer look at the cup it looked like they had stuck a sticker on it (because they now type the persons name print out a sticker and put it on the cup) and it was ripped out. So who knows whos coffee I took.

La calidad como siempre la mejor.pero fui sobre las 8 y 30 con mi hermano y parece que querian cerrar i eataban muy cansados.La persona que recojia las sillas las arrastro detras de mi que estaba en la barra haciendo un ruido desagradable.Si estas cansado o estresado no lo trasmitas a los clientes.Realmente me quede mas tiempo por mi hermano pero no me gusto para nada el costumer service

got to have a starbucks in most posh area of Miami, to get worst service. place always jammed with little rich kids getting out of school around 3, taking for ever to order their fancy kiddy drinks, laughing and loud running all over the place, like its kind of kindergarden Starbucks... they sit there for hours doing their homework, often not purchasing drinks... two workers behind bar only... many times, super slow , socializing and laughing with every customers, when there is big line up, mixing up orders, cause they cant focus.... horrible placce...again rich area saving money on minimal staff, slaves...

Coffee is good as always but the staff needs to speed it up a little. In the mornings we are looking to get in and get out with minimal time and even without a short line it takes longer than it should... additionally, it may sound minor but they need sugar jars!!! To open 15 sugar packets because I am preparing more than one coffee takes waay too much time and is frustrating!!!! SUGAR JARS PLEASE!!!

This starbucks is horrible. Its always dirty outside but specially today was gross. Somebody trew up on the floor and they just trew wate on top of it and closed the area. I was there the whole morning on a courner and nobody came to clean that mess. The manager there has such a bad attitude is not even funny:-/

I come here when I visit the Miami area and they always make the drinks perfectly. There was one time that my green tea latte had lots of powder and wasnt mixed enough and the barista made me a new one that was perfectly done after.

Nice ,quiet place to get coffee, but feels a little oddly shaped in terms of seating . Doesnt seem like there are enough tables , but it has enough seating in general .
