Buyers beware : < Go somewhere else Bought 4 pair of glasses for family, all four had problems. Had problems with frames, prescriptions, the glass had bubbles and edges not smooth. Four problems out of four pairs. Buyers BEWARE: < Glass services are run like used car salesmen. Smoke and mirrors, get everything in writing because you wont get your money back if a prescription doesnt work for you!!!! Glasses arent cheap - these guys think everyone owes them free money. Glass frame broke, supposed to be 1yr warranty, would not honor. Said we dont have that frame any longer. Buy a new pair, its only about $100.00! If you have add-ons and need a change because that prescription wont work with your eyes - kiss that cash good-bye!!! They used to have good quality and service around 2000 - NO LONGER. Buyer Beware! Spend your money elsewhere

From the moment we walked in it was a bad experience! We were not welcomed as you should be. Two employees were arguing the whole time we were there and the doctor was late! He then had to give maintenance to the optical machine as she sat in the chair next to it! To top it off we asked for our prescription to go because we ran out of time and honestly we wanted to get out of there, one of the arguing employees told us that we would have to pay $25 for the prescription and if we came back we would get it back! Very unprofessional and unethical!
