Upon entering the store, there is the back of a wall where the registers are, the smell which is a rank mix of mold and dirty bathroom hits you before you even see any merchandise. The store is bare and looks like its been looted, there really isnt much of a selection of anything. I was not pleased and when I went to go wash my hands because the door was sticky the walls were dirty and covered in dirt, the bathroom looked very used and smelled terrible... I will not be going back to this ross and I cant believe this crap store is still in business.

No matter what time of day you come here you will stand in line for thirty minutes while you watch one register ring up everyone at a crawl pace while employee after employee comes up to announce that theyre gonna take their break now

I can never find anything. Racks are always overcrowded and when I do find what I think is my size according to the hanger, the tag says another size. Racks are crowded together so only 1 person at a time can get through.

really cheap clothing, terrible service, and return policy is idiotic. i had a very bad experience with cashier and manger. since when do you need a receipt to exchange something for a baby?????

Savings on designer brand items. Hit or miss tho, they dont have all sizes so you have to keep checking for new stock when they bring it in.
