I went there for the first time tonight. Love the store! I knocked off a star for the seafood department. I ordered 1lb of the wild caught coho salmon and asked them to trim the skin. They mutilated it! I lost a good portion of the meat and there were whole chunks missing from the sides. It is weighed prior to skinning so I paid for the pieces that were hacked off. It ruined the presentation too. Ive been having the skin trimmed at seafood counters for years and never had a bad experience. I dont know if the guy was just careless or they need to sharpen their knives but there is a problem that I hope they will address. Also by the cheese section they had a tasting display set up, but none of the samples were available near the display to purchase. Kinda misses the whole point. I wanted to buy it but didnt feel like hunting someone down to find the products. I think they either need to train the staff better or get more staff. This could easily be a 5 star store.

I really want to give this five stars. They have a great selection of vegetables, fruits , cheese, meats, baked goods, and everything in between. They also have daily pizzas, soups, salad bar, and hot food section for take out. HOWEVER, the current problem deals with an understaffing in the deli and cold premade food area. You could literally read about 12 pages of The Bible before they get to you. And the fresh smoothie bar doesnt seem to be staffed with anyone. And when someone does happen to be there, its a train wreck. Every time you go ask for a juice smoothie (and they are very fresh and tasty), it feels like a giant inconvenience. Ive actually gotten an intentionally non-subtle eye roll and sigh the last time I asked for one. I will revise my rating upward once they effectively manage the entire east side of the store in a more professional manner. Great place otherwise.

Saturday afternoon, 3 December 2016: Seemingly very clean and staff was friendly and presentable. All organic and green labeled items that will break your bank if you do all of your shopping here. 6 bucks will buy you a half sizedoaf of bread or a bar of soap. 8 or 9 bucks will buy you a small box of Caucasian cereal. Fruit and produce looked nice, Lunch meats compatible in price to other grocers. They have a pizza making area and othrr things you can eat in,store or outside in tables in front of store. The same pizza youd but on,friday gets jacked up in price on weekends. There were a couple sampling stations for Chilean wine and different cheese and crackers. The feel here is like a shinier brighter Trader Joes, but you can afford Trader Joes on a larger scale than you can Earth Fare.

The layout of the store is nice. Things are nice and clean. The customer service though is absolutely ridiculous. I didnt get one person asking me if I needed any help or ask me how I was doing. I wondered around for about ten minutes looking for a particular item. Not a stock person in sight. When I got to the register, the cashier did not even acknowledge the fact that I was standing right in front of her. She didnt even tell me my total. I had to look up at the screen to know what I was paying. Ive worked in customer service for 10+ years. Spending my hard earned money at an establishment and I couldnt even get asked how I was doing. I got no thank you walking away from her register. It truly irked me to the core that I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review.

I am always looking for "Fresh" & Organic vegetables for my daily salad. Believing it will have a high turnover and huge section of organics, I go to this store and find neither. Nonetheless I purchase two packaged "organic "earth girl" brands of organic romaine lettuce and baby kale. The baby kale was already turing brown on most leaves, not wanting to waste I cut away the bad parts until I finally decided it was time wasted. I plan to go to Publix, Safe Way, or even Walmart which seem to have just as good a selection if not better and purchase some more fresh organic kale. I walked through the store in my opinion it is a lot of hype and little to entice to me drive a distance to purchase anything there.

Love everything about store, especially their Vegan section. We purchased Coffee from the Juice bar and built our own Pizza at the Deli. In both circumstances, employees did not appear to be happy, but made considerable effort to please our requests with a smile. Also, while checking out, we had a great conversation with Wes about future plans of Earth Fare. He was a total rockstar and very helpful. Upon leaving, we could not shake the feeling that the employees are not 100% happy and it is not on them individually, but we suspect the management team may be at fault. Overall, great experience. Management team may want to research into how Trader Joes treats their staff and provides employees incentives.

This place gave me salmonella poisoning over the 2016 holidays from the rotisserie chicken in the deli department in Seminole, FL. Brand new store and I was so excited to shop there. I called the store as soon as I had the strength, 2 days later, to warm them that there could be a problem with the case that they were sitting in. I spoke with the assistant store manager who apologized and offered me another bird (no thank you) with a promise from his boss to call. Still havent heard back the manager and stop holding my breath long ago. I posted something on my FB page only to hear about other people getting sick from there. Gross! Eat at your own risk- youve been warned.

My fiance and I decided to try earth fare for lunch. I got a little thing of fruit and chicken w broccoli and it was 16 dollars! Way to expensive for what you get in my opinion. We went to sit down in the sitting area wich is WAY to crowded and not enough seating.we got up to throw our trash away and could not find a trash can ANYWHERE. So we continued out the door and stumbled across a trash can near Customer service. We threw away our trash while a lady came out of a door and freaked out that we were throwing our trash IN A TRASH CAN. waving her hands and everything. Will never ever go back there.i recommend to not even waste your time and money.

The male manager walked into the female restroom TWICE while I was using the toilet. He didnt knock or announce himself. He knew I was in there after the first time he walked in, and he still walked in a second time. I decided not to shop there and left after exiting the restroom. As I walked out I passed him as he was about to stock some stuff and he watched me as I walked by when I turned around he was still staring at me. Friends told me I should have called there cops but I just wanted to leave . Be careful ladies ,If you have children dont let them go to the restroom alone. That was really unnerving

Went first day. Good, friendly customer service. I knew it would be mobbed but I didnt care just to look around. This many people, this length of time to stay perfect, theyll get it. Prices will get in line with our other gourmet, unique groceries. Publix is 99% great customer service, cept went there last night and couldnt get butcher to answer a question...way too disstressed and busy....never seen that! Natures food patch arent as all out gregarious as Publix, they do their job kind of in the background, but very helpful. I really want to see earth fare be a great success in our area.
