DECEITFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to corporate location in Brandon, or Causeway if you want honest service and satisfaction. Sales rep (Nelson Cano--who I see, gave a 5 Star review here...pretending to be a customer, I guess to up the stores rating...smh) steered me from purchasing phone I was looking (after I specifically explained to him what I was looking for), simply because phone I was interested in was not in stock in their store. After realizing how unsatisfied I was with my purchase, I tried to return the phone he sold me the very next day, for one of same price. He insisted on charging restocking fee, stating that it was something out of their control (by the way, as stated in another review here, he also tried to force insurance plan as something that he could not waive at the time of purchase--other store offered insurance only as an option). When asked why he didnt offer to see if another store had the phone I specified I was looking for, he outright told me it is "not his responsibility to do so", and that his job is only to sell me a phone--he added something about being with the company or in phone sales for 13 years and is what hes always done (as if informing me of this was supposed to give him credibility for poor service practice)--I guess that as long as he gets a commission, it doesnt matter what the customer asks for. I went to two different stores (Causeway and Brandon) and both told me fee could and should be waived since I was not doing an upgrade, and on top of having paid an activation fee already within the 14 day period as dictated by Sprints policy. One store even said they happened to have had a meeting that same day with Sprint regional manager, and theyd informed that restocking fees are not charged under my circumstances. Unfortunately, they were not able to help me because were unable to pull Riverview store info on their system. I returned to the Riverview store and spoke to the owner, William Beam (Nick) and informed him of stated above (although I was told he already should know this info) and he denied its truth and insisted he must charge the fee. When I asked him, he contacted the Brandon store ON SPEAKER phone and in front of me, and was told by the manager that the fee is in fact waivable. Nick however, was not flexible and still refused to waive the fee. So I had to go back to the Brandon store in hopes to return the phone and end this ordeal. Because Riverview store is a franchise (this pretty much means less protection for the customer in these situations--so buyer beware) and not a corporate store, the Brandon store (which is a corporate store), who was willing to exchange my phone for the one I wanted and without the restocking fee, were not able to help me, because Riverview stores system is not completely linked to theirs. I had to return to Riverview store for the fourth time (what a nightmare--all this, over a period of three days), to do a full return of entire transaction--ultimately paying Riverview fees for absolute NO services provided by them--and going back to the Brandon store to get the phone I wanted. The manager and staff at the Brandon store were super sympathetic, and in addition to waiving all the fees to provide me with the phone I wanted and service again, gave me a discount on accessories for all the trouble (misleading sale, misinformation, and all the back and forth travel) the Riverview store put me through. What a nightmare!! Save your time and dont give your money to businesses that operate primarily for their own best interest at the cost of providing poor customer service. I suggest you go to the Brandon or Causeway store. The store manager and staff was very professional. You will get great service and they will not try to underhand you as this Riverview location (on Boyette Rd) did.

The woman was eude did not listen and insisted a handicapped 90 year old wpman ge up on a walker to go see phone instead of being customer friendly. Also told she had rp buy insurance on phones and it was not an option as well as creating 2 acxounts all so she could get more commission. Did not offer to show her how the phones worked nor transfer data as it was closing time and she had to go
