I went in this store with my daughter about 4 weeks ago. She hates to shop and it is always like pulling teeth. The salesperson, Jacob, at this store took his time with her. He asked what her favorite colors were, what her style was, he took that extra step that no one else at any store had bothered with. I was completely impressed with this young man and the store. Thanks for the nice experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any of their stores. Bought a garment yesterday which had a hole in that I discovered only after taking it out of its packaging. Brought it back today and the manager Dee refused to exchange it. In touch with customer service, but meanwhile, the brand has lost my business forever.
