Personally I would give this a lower then zero rating if that was possible. Anyway I was off hours stock a supervisor or manager on shift fired me on my 2nd day because she said I was apparently going too slow even though I didnt know where anything was on my 2nd day, of course I am gonna be a tad bit slow on placing where everything goes. Tammi is mean and rude, I believe she outed me on the day I first got there maybe because of my sexuality of LGBT because of the way I talked idk, she would always force me to pair up with her, not anyone else but me. She would shove boxes into my stomach and even throw some boxes at me, not once did I ever complain of the unfair treatment even though other people just stood around not integrating or bothering to tell me what to do, they just put me on the floor and expected me to know everything and how everything works on my First Day, no one helped me and I had to figure it out on my own, I continued to use 100 percent effort in my work and never slacked and was always respectful. I dont know how she got her job, but I cannot see how a person can be so mean and uncaring not only that but I really dont she how she can live with herself.. If this is the type of employees Toys R US have then Toys R Us should cease to exist. I know why people often quit that job, not because of the work, far from that, the work is easy, they quit because of Tammi and Tammi only. I believe everyone in the pensacola,fl area should know about this, now that I am gone from the job I have no regrets from posting this truthful review.

The cashier was not very good (maybe she was new) and actually sold us a protection plan for the wrong item so we did not get it for the item we actually wanted. Hopefully we have no problems with it. The sales here when we went were fantastic. The toys are good prices and they have a huge selection but the way it is organized is a bit confusing. Some items seem grouped by brand and some by type so it is hard to guess where an item might be. The employee back where all the bikes and cars were was very helpful and friendly. The shoes had a good selection, but are overpriced unless you buy them on sale. Their furniture also had very inconsistent pricing and some was ridiculously overpriced (45 for a tiny baby chair that was essentially a large stuffed animal). Id recommend it for shopping if you are buying a lot or large variety (we were shopping for my one year old - three of us), a great "one-stop" shop.

I usually do not write reviews. However, our cashier that checked us out went above and beyond to provide a great experience. I dont remember the mans name, but his number is #2199640. The store was very busy as it was right before Christmas, but this man was very friendly and upbeat. I didnt need anything special, just checking out, but he made all the customers feel special with his upbeat and happy personality. He was smiling and cracking jokes. He interacted with my baby and genuinely seemed to love kids and love his job. I dont know if he was a supervisor, but if he isnt, he needs to be considered for the position! In the Christmas rush and going from store to store, most employees seem tired and frazzled. This mans approach to customer service was refreshing. Im hoping you can identify him by his number and he earns the recognition he deserves!

Did not like how they had signs saying buy a book bag at 12.99 and get a free lunch box, the bag was on sale, so it rung 9.99. The cashier "fixed it" by marking the lunch box 3.99. And a bit disappointed at how little Dory items they had. Over all with the remodeling, and the employees "up my butt." Asking "can I help you find anything" and "hellos, good byes" it was very pleasant. (Btw I liked them asking so much) And having a 3yr old running wild, with a styrofoam sword, (again pleasant employees giggling saying "oh no, hes having fun, if they could, they would be playing with him.... HINT HINT Toys R Us corporates.... best kids store to play in. Planning on speeding A LOT of money soon there.

This store is very unprofessional and when I visited the person told me just a moment to get him and then moments later said that off of work and they didnt know. The second experience is I called to check on an item the associate answer the phone sayings something about another persons order and never said thank you for calling Toys R Us. Then when associate realized what they had done they put me on hold.

Very generic Toys"R"Us. The line can take a while sometimes. The people working here so not seem to enjoy their job much, but they have always been helpful. There is nothing particularly special about this store. If youve been in a Toys"R"Us before, then you know what to expect here.

I love this store. Since they opened this location it is a great improvement on the previous ToysRUs location. Its a large, clean store with amazing selection and very friendly staff. I love their extensive lego collection especially as well as the board and family games.

The parking lot was kinda spooky at night. And the building looked more like a zombie-apocalypse bunker from the outside. Inside was nice. They had a rare toy I was after (locked away somewhere), and overall satisfactory experience.

Found exactly what we wanted when we couldnt order online to pick up. Store held it for us. The staff was very friendly and even found me a store coupon to use that I was unaware of. In a good area for shopping and food.

Good selection of toys and baby supplies. Prices are a bit higher compared to Wal Mart and Target. Customer service is either really AWESOME or really BAD. You never know...
