Worst management of a place of commerce of any type Ive ever known. I cant count how many times in the past 4 yrs Ive had to walk out and go to publix or leave to work without groceries because of unnecessarily ridiculous lines and JUST ONE LANE openend (usually the front one) while a bunch of employees and managers walk around looking at us and each other like they have no clue whats going on or what to do. It explains the management shuffle. All new faces. But no change. Same horrible experience. This is not an exaggeration, it took me 4 yrs to write this review, and this is my first negative review. As a business owner who also gets reviews, I know the publics expectations and how difficult it is to please all customers. But I also know how simple it is to take steps foward. Theres no excuse to not have implemented a system where employees on that shift can step in and open a new cashier/lane on demand without having bring in more employees (Just look at every other supermarket for reference). #worsesupermarketperiod

If they had a negative star, Id use it. I was there a few weeks ago and I will never again shop at another Winn Dixie. My friend went in to cash in her lottery tickets. The machine was not working properly and it cheated her out of one dollar. They called another employee, then the manager, who was no help at all. They said it was because of the rain that the machine did not work properly. Things got a little heated and eventually the middle-aged blonde who was at the cash register started to make fun of my friends Spanish accent and even started taunting her. At the end of it all, they kept the tickets and her three dollars. So, yes, some of the people at Winn Dixie are pathetic petty thieves. Do not go there.

Awful!!!!!!!! I have lived near and been shopping at this location since I was born (31 years), and it has absolutely declined!!!! The food is not fresh, no choices in produce or meats, very dirty and unsanitary! The only thing I can compare it to is a glorified 7-eleven! As for customer service; if you do not speak Spanish you will have a very hard and management is unsympathetic to non-Spanish speakers and most of the marketing signs are in Spanish with none in English in sight! Im very very disappointed with how this location has turned out! And even though I live walking distance I refuse to shop there and drive to publix instead unless an emergency!

The young man at cash register had no one in his line and when I asked if he was open cause his light was on, he quietly said yes as if he really didnt want a customer. I had to bag HALF of my own groceries by the time he took over doing so. He wasnt nasty or disrespectful, it just armed as if he was lazy & didnt want to be there. We all have our days however these young people now a days truly dont know the meaning of hard work and taking pride in doing your best at all things no matter what.

called this location to speak with someone in the produce department around 12:30p on 10/24/2015. the young lady answering the phone sounded like she was sleeping and was a litte rude. I asked to be transferred to produce and she clicked the line without saying anything. I waited for about 5 min and no one came back to the line. I called back and the phone just rang and rang. Took my business to Publix. Thanks for nothing.

The produce manager should be fired. The produce is always old and thats if you can find anything! Produce Shelves are never re-stocked and EMPTY! I have walked out leaving a buggy full of groceries behind because of this.. NEVER FAILS!! WORST PRODUCE DEPT I HAVE EVER SEEN. Also the store smells of death the moment that you walk in! YUK!!!

Its just convenient because of its location, but the management should step up its game. Barely any people working, lines get pretty long with 6 cash registers and o only 2,open! Barely any fresh produce. Its just terrible!

It was a busy day, they were only open half a day, being Thanksgiving, I got the distinct impression the staff did not want us there at all, they were very surly. Which I can understand, working on a holiday.

One of the cashiers gave me attitude because I brought my dog in the store even though it was 100 degrees outside I am not going to leave my poodle outside still she doesnt have a right to give me attitude

The place is filthy and it has an awful stench to it. I couldnt even finish shopping because the smell was making me sick. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is decent, and tired. Although Im close by Id rather still drive to the one on Sheridan and Hiatus. Things seem so much fresher there, and the store is much nicer.

Young, but friendly staff. Good deals on BOGOs. Store isnt as up to date in appearance or variety as newer Winn-Dixies, but the location is convenient.
