As far as Winn-Dixie goes this is one of their best stores. Usually I hate Winn-Dixie, this one is that odd exception. The meat department is friendly and there are a lot of decently priced hot sauces as well as ethnic food items available at this store. My only complaint is that you have to use that plenti card to get current pricing on items which is just a mild irritation.

Always clean. Friendly staff and employees. Great meat department. Limited selection of merchandise when compared to Publix or Walmart, but if you watch the flier, you can catch some great sales on popular items. I like their meat but they gave a very limited veg/fruit selection unless you are just wanting standard in season items.

First let me say this grocery store used to be a Sweet bay. We loved sweetbay, fresh produce, friendly people, bright, awesome. Its now dingy, produce selection is minimal at best, bought onions that went bad after two days. Everything seems cheap. The people are still awesome but does not make up for Winn Dixie cheapness.

Today was unusual for the store. The manager had a smirk on his face as he helped someone at customer service while doing nothing to acknowledge the fact that there were only two cashiers helping to check out about 50 people. I would have just walked out..but I gave the benefit of the doubt.

Convenient location and good meet selection but have to watch expiration dates on all items and the produce sometimes looks like its been out for a week too long.Ive left them multiple comments including letting them know about expired items and nothing changes so far....

Friendly service in the customer service center, will provide help if you ask. Provide part-time to a lot of the young ones, some is pretty bad. runs a few error and mistake, lost count to item, or bag the wrong one. Need more training to the worker there.

Dirty store, lazy employees. Winn-Dixie seems to attract a certain clientele similar to Walmart. Compared to the competition in town (Publix) Winn-Dixie is constantly found wanting with no idea how to complete.

Not always fully stocked on produce. Make sure the cashiers properly scan all the sale coupons that come on products bc they sometimes accidentally forget. Nice and clean though.

Rotten meat, always out of sale items, store brand products poor quality and not inexpensive, small selections. Have to use a card for discounts that you cant swipe.
