Just recently went to the Sprint Kiosk in Countryside Mall. I had been a loyal customer for 3 years with Sprint. I didnt have a contract at this point, I was paying month to month. I had bought a Galaxy S5 from an outside source and was gonna switch my wifes contacts, phone number, photos etc. onto this phone. I was greeted by the manager Aruna V and was duped into a sale of 2 new S6s, a pocket WiFi and a tablet all inclusive in signing a 2 yr contract. All I had to do was pay the taxes up front. All of a sudden she had us. We put $294 for the phones and $13.06 for the pocket WiFi on a credit card for the phone and traded in our old S4s for an $80 credit (which for some reason was a separate transaction). Three days later my wife noticed via email confirming that we "leased" our phones and after the 24 months the phones were not ours but we could buy them for a fee. At no time in the hour in a half we spent with Aruna did she utter the word "LEASE". We went to bring the phones back within the 14 day buyback guarantee because we didnt want to lease the phones. We just wanted the $294 +$13 back on the card plus our old phones back. Aruna could do neither. She stated they would send a check which included the $294, $80, and $13 when we paid with CREDIT!!! She then charged me a restocking fee of $35 for the two phones AND the pocket WiFi. In the contract it says nothing about a restocking fee for items other than phones, tablets, notebooks, and netbooks. I asked Aruna if she was paid on commission and she told me that she was a manager and she was only paid on salary. Hahahahaha! THERE IS SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON HERE. THE PRODUCT THE PEOPLE AND THE CONCEPTS ARE SHADY!!! I will pray every night that I receive this $387 from Arch Telecom.

DO NOT STOP AT THIS KIOSK! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET A SALE! This store doesnt even deserve 1 star! DO NOT STOP AT THE KIOSK!! I was stopped by a sales representative named JOSHUA, I had no intentions of upgrading my phone. He told me he could get me a Galaxy S 8, with a 50% off promotion, which got my attention. He then asked for my information to look up my account and see what my current plan was. When he pulled up my account, he made it sound like I had the worst plan ever, and how he could get me a new phone and give all 3 lines unlimited data and keep my bill the same ($180.00) He made all of these promises and when I received my bill it was $265.00 with NO promotion!! I called 3 times and no one did anything, so I had to go and confront him. He denied everything!! While we were there he bragged about being the TOP Sales person there for over an hour! Well, now I see why, he LIES to get a sale and his manager is not doing anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET A SALE!

Jon was very helpful to my fiance and I with getting a sprint plan. We had metro pcs and the transition to sprint was hassle free. Also we got a great deal for 5 lines with two free phones included. If you are looking for great customer service then this is the place to go. Ask for Jon because he is very good at his job. ***Scratch this post at first it was all great then I looked at my bill. The promotions he was talking about was not on my bill, one phone was supposed to be $5 a month its not until 2 or 3 billing cycles he never said that. He said my bill would be somewhere close to $155. AND nope it says $198. He rushed though the contract part. We were there for almost 2 hours. So we are going back to drop 2 of the paid for phones to the free ones we got. Very disappointed! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE THE 30 DAYS IS UP!

Our sales rep was Josh B. and we could not have been happier! He won us back to Sprint, and continues to WOW us with terrific customer service! We were very unhappy with TMobile, but were leary of returning to Sprint after an issue we had with them a couple of years ago. Josh made us an incredible deal, walked us through all the paperwok, gave us his personal cell number, and kept his word about a few things that sounded too good to be true. When we returned a few weeks later for help with a rebate issue, he took care of that immediately (the problem was with TMobile, but he took care of it instead of giving us the run around we have grown used to with other cell phone companies). Sprint has won back a loyal customer because of Josh Brawer. I hope he is recognized by his superiors for the great job he is doing for Sprint.

This review should be a zero star! I stopped into this store to check out my options for an upgrade to my iPhone 5c and was told I could not get the iPhone 6. My wife and I walked away only to have my phone ring a few moments later from the sales associate asking me to return to the store and they could upgrade my phone with their "buyback program". I was then talked into upgrading to the Lg G3, THIS IS NOT AN UPGRADE! I returned to the location 2 days later to return the lg phone and get my iPhone back (within the 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee). I was then very rudely told they shipped my phone out and I would have to pay $250 to get a new iPhone and would also be charged a $35 restocking fee to return the lg phone! This was the manager of the store mind you! Her name was Aruna V. She needs to be fired!!!!

Buyer beware: The corporate Sprint stores will all tell you they are NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS KIOSK. They are commissioned associates and lied about the protection. They never fully explained the lease and the $100 for unlimited doesnt include the phones (plus protection plus whatever else doesnt show on your bill), so next thing we know were getting these $200 to $300 bills for an unlimited plan (which we didnt even need, we used 3 gbs of data a month combined). There is one girl there (I think her name is Anna) who was super knowledgeable but other than her the customer service is terrible. Good luck getting a human on the phone. Go to Best Buy where they arent on commission and dont make money off you.

Went there a few months back, talked to Joe, was going to switch to Sprint but there was a problem and they couldnt do it. Came back a week ago, this time we did switch, but Joe no longer works there and the people who helped me werent as savvy as he was. They told me my Note 4 wouldnt work on their network, but after about 2 hours of research (on my end!), I was able to fix the problem *for them* and they confirmed it would work, even after the manager kept making remarks that it wouldnt work. Unfortunately, they didnt have a SIM card for it so I have to wait for it to be shipped. We got decent deals on our phones and a cheaper plan than before but I wasnt very happy with the experience.
