I brought my service dog to this location and there was an older, heavier set woman working. While I was in the checkout line she asked if my dog was a service dog. I said yes. She then asked me for papers or a tag or a blanket of some sort to prove that she is a service dog. This was very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable. I should not be accosted in front of a line of other people about proof of my service dog. She is not allowed to ask for these things. She is only allowed to ask if she serves a purpose for my disability. I felt very judged and embarassed.

Manager Rick on Jupiter in palmbay Florida store doesnt have great customer service quality. I went there recently and was told they didnt sell a item there by the cashier when I asked to speak with the manager Rick came and said why didnt I look for the item and if I knew they sold it there why ask for help then told me after I found the item I better be buying it... he was rude and very pushy and he also seemed to have alot of hate against women or just racist

Jamie is a clerk at this store. She should be fired. Shes rude and ignorant. She hung up on me when I had sent in my son for a simple return. $2.65 box of screws, with receipt. She refused to honor a refund of any kind and the fact she refused to talk to me on the phone is the 1 star for this location. Brenda, you need to get someone who understands store policies and has SOME customer service training.

Only one star because the manager there is unprofessional. He slanders peoples name to his customers. I would report him to corpirate but I dont want him to lise his job for that. believe in karma, he will get whatever comes to him on his own ignorance.

Well organized, well stocked, clean, employees always willing to help and offer a friendly greeting. A bit out of my way, but I will go to this store every time before I go to the other Dollar General that is closer.

Good place if you just need something random, I wouldnt suggest shopping here for everything but it is a great store for late nights when you just need milk.

Good selection. Fast checkout. Carts are in the aisles waiting to be stocked. Couldnt get all the items I needed.
