Ordered online color prints on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 5:39pm. Called up the store first to find out when theyd be ready for pick up. Was told they were ready for pick up. Reached the store around 6:15pm the same day. Asked this youngish (in all respects) guy, Leith, if the order was ready. He then asks if I wanted the prints to be on 67lbs cardstock instead of the 80lbs that I paid for online, as he was out of the latter. Before agreeing to print, I asked him if they charge the same amount for 67lbs color cardstock and 80lbs. He immediately became abrasive and shrugged that they do not but that he cant refund me as I had ordered the prints online and that he couldnt "return 16 cents". Then I wanted to know how much it costs for 67lbs color cardstock printing, to which he rather flippantly responded not knowing. When I said that he should know as he works there, he shot back with a sneer, "NO, I do not NEED to know that!" and then proceeded to bring the print copies which had very poor color quality. Having used UPS in New York for color printing before and being quite pleased with the quality, I was taken aback and asked the guy what settings he had for the print. He said he had the highest quality setting, but in the very next statement contradicted himself saying that the print settings are fixed and he cant change them. When I demanded a better quality reprint, he rudely claimed that he would cancel my online order so I wont have to pay a dime for the copies. I doubt he cancelled the order as my credit card was charged. This guy either needs to undergo proper training in how to be a competent professional in a service-driven industry, or needs to find a job where he wont need to demonstrate interpersonal skills, which he grossly lacks.

I uploaded a document to The UPS Store website through my account, requested and paid for the copies online to be picked up at this location by the following morning. A few hours later, I received an email notification that the job was complete and ready for pickup. Twenty-four hours later, I stop by the location to pick up my copies and am advised by the manager/owner that 1) he never got my job and that 2) the copies had not been done. In actuality, he received the job online, but did not "accept it" and does not make the copies until the requester physically arrives to get them. He states that the UPS home office sends the email about the job, he has nothing to do with online UPS services, and sees none of what I pay The UPS Store for the copies. He then makes the copies and sends me out the door with my copies in a plastic Publix shopping bag (because "they" dont give him boxes.) Next time, I will use Fedex.

Horrible experience! Never use this office for international shipping. First envelope they didnt print the adress correctly. The printed the copy of my package label to review and sign, everithing on that copy was correct, however when they printed the label house number was missing. They returned the package and when I went back to the office to complaint Rachel was rude and screaming at me trying to make it look that was my mistake and then when I showed her the receipt and copy of label she couldnt explain to me how did that mistake happened. They gave me my money back but when I sent a second envelope to the same adress it never reached the destination cause they forgot the name of recipient on label. They fail twice!!!!

I came in this evening about five minutes before closing time (6:25 pm) to fax a life altering document that had a 7 pm deadline. I apologized for cutting it so close but explained that this was extremely important with a looming deadline. The clerk smirked at me and claimed he could fax it but could not provide me with a confirmation sheet as it would not be ready before they closed. If he had time to fax it he had five minutes to provide me with the confirmation page! For a store that offers a product that can easily be acquired by FedEx Im surprised at the poor customer service I experienced. I will not be returning to your store and Ill be letting my Oviedo neighbors know they should take their business elsewhere!

Went to the store to make some copies and overnight an envelope. The lady was extremely rude. She had an annoyed tone and very short to respond before I asked my questions. I ended up telling her to forget about and I went to the USPS in downtown. That is not a good way to keep customers :(

Here is my favorite quote, "We dont do online printing orders" even though weve done them at that very store many times before, and its already been ordered and paid for. To the management of this store, hire better employees. Whoever was working on 4/30/2016 at 12:30pm cant do their job.

Its pretty much a do it yourself location. There are great offices around the area. I was expecting better customer service from the owner himself. Will not come back to this office.

On Tues May 26, 2015 a 6:19pm, doors locked. Posted hours show open until 6:30 pm. Posted hours cant be trusted. Dont rush to make it after work before they close.
