This is an addendum to the first review. I must say I am very impressed on how quickly the company responded to my complaint. I was first unsatisfied with the first floral arrangement my loved one received. The owner reached out to me apologizing for the mistake and sent out an upgraded version of the original floral arrangement I had ordered. I am glad they listen to their customers as not all companies do. I must say that the second floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend them

Called to tell me that they werent able to deliver my flowers for free (like the website said) and wanted to charge me an absurd amount to deliver them. Was very rude to me on the phone, and didnt understand a word I said. When I called to cancel the order, she was very rude and snippy with me again and was angry that I was canceling the order. Probably wont be getting flowers here again.

I called around midday the Monday before Christmas and the arrangement was delivered that evening.....I was so happy that it was delivered the same day I ordered it, as they said it would. Our son sent a picture and it looks fresh. I love Lake Eola Florists prices and the fact that they dont charge for delivery saves a bundle. Thank you Lake Eola Florist!

First time using this place. Never used a florist in Orlando. They were prompt and on time . And the flowers were exactly like I expected. And saw. Had no issues other then wasnt to warm of a welcome when calling to make sure my order was placed lol. But no biggie he was nice. My latina princess got her flowers at work:) thats what mattered

This place is a rip off. I order the Festival of Flurries Deluxe, the flowers i got barely matches the photo that represented the basic Festival of Flurries. Very unhappy with your product. This company is falsely advertising its flowers!

Flowers looked nothing like picture. All Different flowers were used. Different colors. Even paid extra for upgraded size and it still came out smaller then expected. Not satisfied with order. Will be using another vendor next time.

This website is easy to navigate. The florist was understanding when last minute changes were made for the delivery instructions. Delivery was promt. Mother will enjoy her flowers. Will use this florist again in the future.

EDIT: They did eventually refund the difference which was appreciated. Just ordered orchids with the deluxe package and there was no difference to the regular one. Not as the picture either.
